The bedsheets were a bit dirty with hairs on the linen.

No complaints - my stay was great!

Everything was kept very clean, the bathroom facilities were 10/10 and the staff always refills the coffee and tea and helps you to anything you might need. There’s also a dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, and washer/dryer which came in handy very often!

A free bottle of water was only provided at the first night even if you have booked for 2 nights.

Fire alarm malfunctioning during my stay and seems like this is a common issue. the mostly young staff wasn't that motivated and seemed quite unfriendly. Sometimes it seemed like it was a meet up point for staff with friends in the evenings - as it was quite busy at times with people that did not have access cards. Big bed but terrible cheap mattress. Could have been cleaner in the room.

Great location and the wellness area with gym, pool and Sauna is very nice. Room seemed new'ish and the kitchen is good enough for a bit of cooking. Easy accessible, nice bar for a drink.

I find the staff a little cold sometimes, not necessarily rude - they’re helpful when required, but sometimes they can just be a little cold & unwelcoming.

The rooms re great. The facilities are great. Breakfast is great. The gym is great. The lifts are fast, and always very clean. I often arrive early, and manage to check in early which is great.

The hotel is in a great location, the room are very comfortable with a good shower. The breakfast was decent also.

Breakfast was a mess. At 8:15 most of the tables were already used but not cleaned. Some of the items in the boufet were finished but not replanished. There was no present attendant but a young person not wearing any badg or uniform that occasionaly showed up.

Breakfast isn't really its best asset, quite scarce and honestly not so good. They had a problem with one of our rooms and didn't offer anything to compensate. The room wasn't spot on when we entered. Also: if you want to do the cleaning service "upon request" putting the limit to reach the front desk at 22.00 is comical: we've arrived in our room after dinner at around 23.00 and couldn't inform you about it. In every hotel I've stayed that the cleaning is not daily they usually offer the possibility to reach the front desk around 12.00 to clean your room. 22.00 is absurd.

The location is good, 10 mins from by foot from the busiest street and it has a shopping center with a lot of shops/restaurants just beneath it. The room itself was quite big, it had a complete kitchen and the bathroom was also good. The price/quality is good enough.

Our room was very comfortable. We used the combo washer/dryer for several small loads of laundry. It was very convenient. Hotel is located by a large shopping mall and was walkable from the main train station. Walk out the station from track 1 and up the hill. About a 6 minute walk. Breakfast was great. You could request a custom made omelet. Would definitely stay here again. A/c was very effective too

Check in is always a challenge (I stay here a lot). I always pay for breakfast, however it check in they always tell me I have to pay extra for breakfast (the room was over £300 per night). It just annoys me I always have to have this stupid argument about breakfast when I’ve already paid for it. Then at breakfast, I’m always found tipping the orange juice containers to try to drain the dregs out to fill a glass - fill them up! I’ve paid for breakfast.

The gym is great. There are plenty of lifts and they’re pretty fast. Parking is convenient too.

There was no coffe maker at the room as it was written on the discription Sauna at welness center was only 40 degrees celcius on the thursday morning and at the evening. Brekfast was delicious but there could be more choices. No desserts.

Location are wery good. Rooms were clean Personal was friendly and helpful.
