Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews

When we first arrived, we found problems with the toilet flush, but after notifying the staff, they were fixed the next day. The double beds in the rooms are quite small, but we were honestly warned about this.
A pleasant hotel with parking and a good breakfast. Polite staff. Good location for visiting events at the Stuttgart Messe. Quite close to the airport.

Air conditioning was a fan, it was ok for my stay but room was some days too warm even with while I used the fan.
The bed was good and curtain was appropriate for sleeping well. Each day there was a bottle of water and cleanness of the place was satisfactory.

Little nice hotel next to Stuttgart. Rooms are small and basic but nice with all that is needed . Breakfast was good , with salty and sweet options . Possibility to get public transport for city Center and also Mercedes museum , stadium area . Staff was very helpful and gave us good advice on how to get to the pink concert , avoiding to take the car and getting blocked .

There is nothing to complain about. 👍
The staff is very friendly and client-oriented. The hotel is located right across from the Birkenstraße bus stop, so there is no need to walk to get to the airport or downtown Stuttgart, unless you want to take a stroll in the amazing parks around the neighborhood. The parking near the hotel is quite spacious, so there was enough room for all the hotel guests who came by car for the UEFA match.

Further out of Stuttgart than I realised. Train and bus required from Main Station, although both routes well serviced. Village of Birkach is very quiet with very few facilities.
Nice, clean property, good rooms. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

Hotel was right across from bus stop, only 20 mins from airport Breakfast was amazing, lots to choose from

It was very expensive due to the Eurocup and the trade fair. Parking is very small.
Very Clean room. Comfortable bed. Quiet place . Good breakfast, nice stuff, very helpful. Close to the airport messe by bus, easy to get there. Good place for a simple overnight.

Perfect for a business trip. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. On the main bus route to/from the airport and exhibition ground. Supermarket close by.

No big trashbin in the room just a very tiny one. A small fridge would be nice also.
Tidy room, friendly staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Close to public transport, downtown cca 30 mins.

The beds could have firmer mattresses. They are too soft IMO.
Nice, clean and comfortable hotel close to Stuttgart Messe and the airport (10 mins by car, 15 mins by public transport). Breakfast is tasty, enough choice. Coffee was very good. Parking is free in front of the hotel.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about this facility.
We chose to stay a little out of the main town. Transport into town was very close and easy to navigate. The facility was lovely with friendly helpful staff. Great parking available and the breakfast included hot food. A lovely place to stay.

You have to be happy to use public transport if you don't have a car.

Everything was fine, nothing to complain about.
I felt really at home here! A nice, modern, friendly hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, situated on the main road running through a pleasant little village on the outskirts of Stuttgart - convienient for the airport and Exhibition Centre. Excellent breakfast buffet with lots of fresh, high quality and healthy products, I didn´t eat a warm breakfast, but everything looked well prepared and delicious. Free parking. Small but adequate bedroom & bathroom. The receptionist gave me a hairdryer when I asked for one.
