It was snowing on the arrival day and it wasn't easy to climb the hill, maybe they can change something, to spread salt or something, as there is a sharp hill.....

The lake view was excellent, lucky to have some snow and a beautiful landscape. Breakfast delicious. Nice staff.

The parking was limited and it seems there is a first come first serve- first served basis. We had to park a 7 minute walk down the hill from the hotel as there was no space left for us!!! The whole room was boiling hot like a sauna, even after we turned all the radiators down. Had to sleep with the windows open (it was minus 8 degrees outside) to be able to breathe. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place either, it kept spinning around and the facing the wall, so the only way to shower was to hold it with one hand. We got an upgraded room, so not complaining about it, but it would be a much lower rating if we had paid for this upgrade and then faced these issues.

Amazing sauna facilities- for free and great breakfast. But the highlight by far is the lovely receptionist staff - very welcoming and helpful. The mind-blowing beauty of the lake view in the morning and the balcony makes it a trip highlight.

My only criticism is that the shower head was not adjustable but everything else was fantastic.

Modern, stylish and clean hotel. Our accommodation had a balcony overlooking the lake with balcony, kitchen and separate living area to the bedroom. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful personnel.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food at the breakfast was fantastic and really worth it. Overall a fantastic stay, with a great view of the lake. It is farther outside the town but as we were driving to other hikes and trips anyway it didn't bother us and in fact was worth the quiet

The hotel's location (apartments) was acceptable, but the apartment itself was not comfortable. The bathroom was very small and lacked a fan, causing heat and odors to linger throughout the apartment. An alarm device was placed right outside the bathroom, so after showering, we had to wait for the steam to clear to avoid triggering it. The bedroom was also very small, and the beds were uncomfortable and creaked with every movement, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there were many insects, which is something that definitely needs attention. There was no coffee or tea provided, so we had to go out and buy it each time.

Breakfast was decent, though there were limited options, which didn't bother us much. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the Wi-Fi was accessible, the cleaning service was efficient, and parking was available.

I thought providing the kitchen utensils in a box is odd and not in line with the price point of the hotel. The staff did not offer to help carry the box or our bags up the stairs as there is no lift.

The location and view are great. The size and layout of the apartment are perfect for a family. The breakfast has enough options, and the food is good.

There were cooking utensils, but I felt it was lacking as it was not a complete set. I wish spoons and cutting boards were added.

Breakfast was buffet style and delicious. I also liked the additional facilities available at the sister hotel.

The hotel has a great location, and the staff was very attentive to guests' requests. The breakfast was basic but tasty and satisfying. There is private access to Lake Titisee with the option to take a SUP. Seberin at the reception was super nice and patient, answering all our son's questions. This place has character and charm. Highly recommended

No porter and no facility of food

Everything was excellent accept that there is no elevator and porter to carry your luggage . Since we are senior citizen it was difficult to take the luggage on fourth floor also they should have some food for night which was not available . But the location staff hotel is awesome 👌
