Was not clear to who do we order breakfast in iPad as there were no staff in the hotel. Finding keys on the hook was tricky. Heater was also automatically changing, it was a bit cold at night. Showers a bit dated.

Property has character. We liked it's all automatic and self checkin.

Someone was already living in our room. The staff was super helpful and offered a free breakfast or a larger suite in their other hotel across the road, but the moment was lost - my kid fell asleep in the car and I hoped that I could have a little break after a long road, but while we were dealing with this issue, he already woke up. Also, the promised free breakfast was just a box of snacks - yogurt, muesli, some bread - not even fried eggs or something warm. And even with free breakfast, I had to pay for a glass of juice.

It's a pretty place and it has a very helpful staff. Very cozy dining room with lots of tabletop games.

Very this walls especially when noisy guests are inconsiderate. No airco or ventilator in room. No TV in room. No place to leave soap shampoo etc in the shower.

We recently stayed at Alps Hostel for one night and had an excellent experience. - Our room was exceptionally clean, and having an en-suite bathroom added to our comfort. - The 24/7 access to the property was very convenient, allowing us to check in late without any hassle. - The mattresses were firm and we found them quite comfortable. - The common area features a self-service bar (facilitated by PoS terminal), which was a great spot to unwind. - Surprisingly, the morning coffee was some of the best we had in Germany, making for a perfect start to our day. The combination of clean, comfortable room and flexible access, made it a great choice for our trip.

There is a restaurant in the building, but it seemed to be very crowded and despite the fact that the kitchen was supposed to be still open, the waitress wasn't really willing to find us a free space to have dinner (which would be highly appreciated as we just arrived after a very long trip).

The room was super comfy and clean with a huge bed and generally nice interior. The bathroom equipped with all you need (towels, hairdryer, toiletries). Great spot to stay if you want to go hiking in the mountains.

We booked the place with "breakfast included" option. We didn't know breakfast has to be pre-ordered - it wasn't mentioned anywhere. The night we arrived, restaurant closed already around 8pm. So we had a beer for dinner and nothing for breakfast. Place is rather difficult to find, as it's hidden under another hotel name in a little village full of hotels, where the street numeration goes different directions - had to ask locals for help.

Comfy and clean rooms, excellent well-equipped bathroom & lovely soaps, good hot shower. We booked a room for 3 and had enough space for all, quiet sleep and it was easy to get around. Nice they had an "emergency food" stock with some canned soups and chocolates.

The self check-in process was super easy and convenient. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free room upgrade, which made the stay extra enjoyable. Fantastic location accommodation was super clean with a little break out area to eat and meet other guests. There is a lovely restaurant below with good food. Will definitely be back.

The door to our floor did not close well enough neither from the inside nor from the outside. You have to use quite some force to close it and then to lock it.

The location is very convenient if you want to visit the castles - it is quite close to them and you don't pay big sums of money. Beds were OK, rooms were quite big and clean enough. The parking had space for the most tenants.

We booked a stopover stay for a family plus dog. It was our fault to have booked this hotel, as they don't allow dogs, which we overlooked. The hotel just wanted the dog to leave. How we would manage the night, they simply didn't care. Any discussion or help was blocked. No one wanted to talk to us nor help us to find a different place. Very annoying side fact: if the hotel had shown the correct bathroom pictures, we would never have booked it anyway. They showed a nice new bathroom, but reality was an original bathroom of the sixties.
