Location can't be more central, awesome 👍 Clean, cosy, styled with love and pragmatism - good choice for staying close to the (just few) attractions, if you have no time or don't want to walk.

The description says there is parking, but does not mention that it costs 25EUR a night -- a significant part of the price. The WLAN isn't stable, or it's internet connection isn't. There is no reception. You must go across the street to a restaurant, and ask a random serving person to check-in. The door is a bit loose in its frame and rattles whenever somebody enters or leaves the main building. Toiletries consist of a near empty bottle of shower gel. The electronic lucks are bad, taking a few tries to open.

The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. The shower has plenty of hot water. The location in the city is good, being central and close to many restaurants, stores, and sights.

No lift. No one to help. I had to carry my bag to the first floor and there are lots of stairs. It was all right for me but not advisable for people with any health issues who are unable to carry heavy luggage bags over many many stairs.

The apparent manager, Marco, was working out of a restaurant across the street where check in was conducted and key provided. When no one was at the hotel I called the property directly for direction but the message was in German only. I did not see additional instructions on their website. Fortunately a young worker came by and pointed us to the restaurant. I did try messaging the property directly early in the morning before arrival but there was no response. Clearly, communication could be improved

It would be nice if you could reserve a car park space at the time of booking. This is not a deal breaker though, since there is a great parking garage a pleasant 5 minute walk away.

We were right in the heart of many of the sights in Bamberg. We were 100m from the Bamberger Dom for example. We had a nice large room. Very quiet!Easy to find

The only problem was the situation in which we found the hotel room. there was still poo residue in the toilet (only on one side, not much, but this shows that the toilet was not cleaned before we entered the room. I found 3 long hairs on the pillow, we were 2 men so it was definitely not ours. I understand that hairs can remain after washing, but 3 hairs directly on the pillow is not okay.

The location where the hotel is located is a very good location. The room was beautiful and the restaurant employee very friendly.

Was not obvious the the reception was in the restaurant across the road, but they were very helpful. Wifi wouldn't play.

Location, it is right in the middle of old town and to get a hotel with off street parking is such a bonus as we were travelling our bikes and we couldn't leave them in the car in the street. The parking is tight but we got our Peugeot 5008 in and out ok, but it is tight. The location makes it a winner.

Even though the room was a decent size, there was no space to open our suitcase that didn't restrict movement around the bed. In my opinion, there is too much non-essential furniture in the room (more wardrobe space than most other hotels I've stayed in, 3 chairs and a long desk. It made the room feel small and difficult to get around if you have a big suitcase.

The location is great. It is right in the heart of the action and has a great atmosphere around it. With that comes the associated noise level. The room itself was clean and a decent size. The bed was also very comfortable.

Checkin process was slow with room not ready on arrival combined with poor communication. Advised room would be ready in 30 minutes, was 60 minutes . This was the export a number of guests.

Had trouble finding the place. You had to check in across the road at another hotel which we didn't know about. No airconditioning. Wifi wasn't good. kept going in and out. The pillows were too soft and uncomfortable. The shower was a little small
