We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyThe lack of cleanliness...DEF NOT TIP TOP. There was a stain on the carpet, another on the arm chair and a light layer of dust (plus a smudge or 2) on the Kleenex "box". The lack of a water boiler (kettle) in the room was also a HUGE turn off. Funny that the room had a safe, minibar and hair dryer....BUT NOT THIS.
The location. Easy to get to on foot. Beautiful...from the OUTSIDE.

SwedenNo additional facilities in the hotel. It is all about sleep and eat breakfast. I had hoped there was a terrace overlooking the dunes and the sea but you have to go to the beach places just next door which is ok.
The proximity to the beach, the hotel is situated infront of the sand dunes next to the lighthouse so if you are looking for a premium location, this is the first choice. The modern interior design, very nicely renovated We had partial sea view but that was the best view I think because we were overlooking the entire beach promenade and the beach. The sunset was stunning to watch from the bed.
