A bit too much traffic noise. The bathroom is tight and I found it a bit challenging to sit down on the toilet seat.The breakfast was generally good but sausages and eggs were almost like a cold meal.

Location was good, close to railway station and city centre. Room was reasonably large. Bed was good/comfortable. Central heating was working well.

Furniture in hotel room was somewhat outdated. The elevator does not go all the way up to the top floor: in that case one has to take some stairs in the end for the top floor.

Good breakfast; spacious breakfast room. Hotel in walking distance from train station. Hotel room was rather big. Decent value for money.

Friendly staff at reception. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The hotel is close to the train station where we parked our car for 10 euros for an overnight stay. From the hotel, it's about a 15 minute walk into the old city centre where we enjoyed the fabulous Christmas market.

I arrived late and the receptionist was very nice and accommodating. The room was warm and clean. Included breakfast was just what I needed to start my day.

Only one little niggle - the main light in my room (209) didn’t seem to work, but there were plenty of side lights. If I had been staying longer I would have mentioned it and I am sure the problem would have been rectified.

Breakfast choice limited in general but also because too many people in the same time and low capacity to refill. No basic facilities in the room except of the bathroom (no fridge, no bottled water, etc)

I see now what other reviews mean when they talk about the towels (mine had a decent hole in it) and the outdated interior. Although clean, some areas could do with a fresh coat of paint and maybe some upgrades.

I don’t really have any complaints but it would be nice if there was a kettle provided in the room. It would be nice if there was better signage from the railway station to the hotel. The lighting in the area could be better but it is safe. I would be mindful near the station as there are beggars as you go inside the station

The breakfast was really good and I liked the choices of ham and cheese., the coffee was reallly nice. The room was very clean and comfortable the shower was really nice. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble

Room was dated but clean. Breakfast was OK. Hot food was cold and tired by 8.30. Small shower.

Location was great. Hotel was easy to find. Parking an easy walk (with luggage) at the train station. Cold drinks and snacks were available from fridge in reception.

Perfect location near the railway station and close to the centre. Staff were all pleasant and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Little touches like the hot water and coffee left out in the evening were much appreciated. Fantastic stay thank you.
