Location close to Europa-Park, parking a lot, clean and large room, breakfast

Would be nice to have a bottle of water or a kettle inside the room. Can hear some noises from other rooms (next to us and upstairs).

Location - Just opposite Europa Park and very close to other attractions. Room - The helpful staff upgraded the room for us, which was very nice of them. Room is very spacious. Beds are comfortable and good shower. Parking - Very convenient; we can park there free of charge and leave our car there till the end of the day of the check-out. Breakfast - Not buffet style but we can order anything from the menu provided; which has a fair amount of selection.

Convenient location with an excellent Breakfast service. The rooms are simple but they do everything they need. Bed was comfortable as always. There's a reason why I keep coming back here.

Could do with a clothes line/rail to dry clothes Breakfast a little weird as the menu doesn't state that you can have multiple items (i.e. more than 1 slice of toast), but the food itself is great. Not many restaurants in town...

Room was ample size for 2 adults and 2 children. Decent breakfast. Free parking to avoid the Europa Park parking costs Only 1 minute walk to Europa Park entrance, could come back to the room very easily.

It's modern, enough space, quiet for good sleep, comfy, breakfast system is very well thought. Staff very nice and caring. Car park included on arrival and departure day.

We stayed for one night as a stop over. You are literally located in front of Europa Park entrance. Little restaurants nearby. Good car park around. And Bus service to go to the train station across the road.

Very poor breakfast though.

The rooms were really nice. Loved the glass floor . Watching the fish was really relaxing after a whole day at Europa Park. Very close to the park, a 2 minute walk. Would highly recommend this place.

For a budget family hotel so close to a major theme park our expectations were exceeded.

Brilliant location right opposite the main entrance to Europa theme park, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff (both reception, housekeeping and breakfast waiting staff). We booked a 5 person family room so were on the top floor of the B Building - I was a bit worried about noise (being so close to the park) but our room was really quiet. They had decent double glazing, nets and thick curtains which all worked. Air conditioning worked and kept the room cool when needed. Comfortable bed, hot water and shower worked perfectly. Reception staff went above and beyond - proactively moving our left luggage when we we returned late after visiting the water park. The reception closed at 10pm and our kids did not want to leave the water park so were expecting to have to collect our luggage in the morning - to our delight a member of security and reception stayed behind (to make sure we were OK as we had checked in at 1pm but our room was not available at that time). We then found out that the hotel staff had kindly put our bags into our room. A service we did not expect or believe was available. THANK YOU! Parents were exhausted after 7+ hrs in the water park, on top of a long car drive, so this was so appreciated!

Location to Europa Park and Rulantica is perfect. Loft style apartment fitted the whole family which was a nice change from having to have separate rooms.

It was a lovely room, the kids were very sorry to leave and go to the hotel in Europa park. It’s location is so convenient I’d recommend to all. As for the window in the floor with the fish, the kids and adults were amazed !

The location is great, just opposite the Europapark entrance. Could not be better! Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was just fine. We had a great stay and I could recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unlike the sit-down breakfast, the buffet breakfast left a lot to be desired. Not much in a way of variety. Patrons staying at the Aquatica facility should also have easy access (via card key) to the sit-down breakfast.

The proximity to EuropaPark was outstanding! The Market Store was a great convenience, too. Finally, the sit-down breakfast is amazing.
