The cleanliness was not good, the room was very small, the bathroom was not good as the hinges of the bath were broken, but these were not main concerns. Maybe a bit over budget, there were noises in other rooms as well. But thanks to the amazing atmosphere Munich gave us, we forgot about these issues!

Location was top, sleeping was comfortable and bed sheets were good, our stay in Munich was perfect.

the gaps under the room doors are big which means there’s noise from the corridor the bathroom was quite small and the shower drain was slow no breakfast facilities

Felt a bit out dated.

The hotels is well located within a 15 minute walk of virtually anywhere in central Munich. There is a public parking garage just down the from the hotel towards the city center. But, it was quite expensive. This hotel is really a choice for economy near the city center. The hotel was basic and a bit weathered. But, comfortable and clean enough. There are no real services besides rooms. Reception was helpful.

The 1st room we got assigned stank of cigar. The room we finally stayed in was right in front of the lift and we could hear everyone coming thru it. Since all the doors out on the corridor look alike, we got some knocks on our door late night from people that was obviously looking for a different room. The bathroom was quite small and difficult to shower in without splashing water everywhere.

To be sincere the only thing I liked, and the reason we chose this hotel, was the location. Other than than, there isnt much to praise about it

We found a previous guest’s underwear on the floor. The bathrooms and room was very small.

The property is dated so the elevator was tiny (large enough for 2 people and luggage) and very slow. The walls were also very thin so we could hear our neighbors at all hours of the night. The doors and window in our room also were not sealed which added to the overall noise. The room also felt tight, especially when we closed the curtain which blocks out the window, storage, and bench seat. Additionally our TV did not work. It turned on but none of the channels had signal.

We loved the location of this hotel! We were close to all that Old Town had to offer. Also every member of the staff we interacted with was very helpful and courteous! The check-in and check out process was seamless and they helped us get a taxi to the central station.

The shower was not ergonomic for use. It had pipes protruding from the wall that hindered my movement in an already tight space. And the cheap plastic shower curtain could use some upgrading.

Actually, nothing. Everything was quiet ok, the staff are super nice and helpful as well.

The location is perfect actually, it is close to everywhere. The room is Ok for the money. It was a bussiness trip, so I ust needed the room to sleep.
