Rooms were too small, we booked as 2 separated beds but the beds were 3 cm each apart, so if you stay with our friend, it’s better to book as one double bed. the bathroom alsa were too small, can’t easily take a shower.

Location is the best thing of this place. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We reserved two rooms… one - for four people- was very nice, the other ( a basic double room) was not so nice and we didn’t like it… everything was small and dated. Maybe they are renewing the rooms?

No good indication about where to park and no signs to guide you to the parking lot.

There were some residuals on one of the bath towels. There were only 2 plugs in the bedroom (and 1 in the bathroom). Those plugs in the bedroom were far from the head side of the bed, therefore you cannot use your phone while charging and lying on the bed at the same time.

Location is excellent, only a few minutes on foot to Marienplatz, Karlplatz and central station. Staff was super helpful and kind. Heating in the room was very sufficient even on a super cold day that we stayed.

It wasn’t the most modern or best maintained structure on the interior but it was fine. No air conditioning so the window has to be open while sleeping and people walking by from local bars were loud.

It went far from the venue my band was playing and the area seemed safe.

The bathroom was in a very bad condition. The shower was out of order. My husband needed to fix it before we can use it. It was not what we expected…

The room and bathroom size was very small and hard to navigate for two people and maybe the price was commensurate but it was a surprise to us. It was not easy to take a shower and then bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. I love the location and would enjoy staying there for $100 or less per night.

The location was incredibly perfect in walking distance from the Banhoff to Oktoberfest and the Marienplatz in a great part of town. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean.

The mattress was old and grungy. The sheets didn’t even cover the whole mattress. Pretty disappointing.

The property was somewhat rundown with broken fixtures in the bathroom and worn carpet. There was a mold odor in the hallway. There were many smokers at the hotel. Smoke smell seeped into the room every night.

The location was perfect, central to Oktoberfest and Marienplatz. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very tiny and grimy. One of our pillows had stains on it. I had low expectations of this place but i was still taken a back when we got there.
