Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There were some suspicious stains on the curtains next to the bed and some other on the glass of the shower, this shouldn’t have been overlooked. But that’s about it.
The bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom was really nice! We slept really well. The modernity of the equipment have to be mentionned, it’s really nice to be able to show from the interior of you don’t want to be disturbed or if the room needs to be cleaned just by the touch of a screen. Also the rolling electric shutters is something that is so rare in a hotel that it’s really worth to be mentionned.

We need kitchen in room or at least some electric stuffs, because we have kids. We really miss that. Also, restaurant is a little bit expensive.
It is really nice and clean. Employees are really kind and room is same as in picture. Breakfast was great.

If you wanted to use the pool around the same time as people were eating dinner you feel very exposed and watched because the tables are right next to the pool and there is no divider

Breakfast is absolutely amazing, staff are pleasant, responsive and accommodating and the location for access to the Park is perfect, à short 10 min walk through the village. Amazing.

Bit unclear what the timetables for a bus ride for the Europapark and Rulantica were. Not possible to enter the breakfast/dinner area outside breakfast/dinner times. Bit sterile atmosphere.
Nice, clean and modern hotel in the center of Rust, about 15-20 minutes walk to Europapark. Also busses available. Limited parking space, but electric charging possible. Very good air-conditioning. Domotics available. Smart-TV. Very good window screens. Spacious room and bathroom and (rain)shower. Swimming pool available. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast. Outside dinner is possible.

Difficult to maintain constant temperature with AC - if you leave it on it gets very cold regardless of the temperature you set. The duvet sheet was torn and even though I left it visible on the bed to be changed, it was not. Some towels with stains on them. Overall good, and the overall rating reflects expectations from what is advertised as a 4 star hotel.
Great location and very nice, friendly staff. Flexible with late arrival (self check-in at machine). Good mix for breakfast. Very convenient for the Europapark, bus stop to the park is very close by. A lot of restaurant options around.

We saw a tiny bug on the electric socket by the bed. My son said it looked like a bedbug so we searched the rest of the room and never found any more and we were not bitten so I think it is okay but then I read that bedbugs are a problem at some neighboring hotels so I'm not sure.
The location to Europapark was wonderful. The staff was friendly and parking was convenient. For a decently priced hotel, it served it's purpose well. I would stay here again if I was in town.

Room was in a basement, with a view on the empty pool... As the Europa Park was temporarily closed, there were not many people around... The Hotel, and all the place, looked like a Ghost Town !!
I needed a place to stay for the night on my way from Strasbourg to Geneva. It was a little off-path, and away from a city, which suited me in this particular case. Also, I appreciated not to have to pay for parking my car.

The room control panel was not exactly working and the shower door was broken. Since it was low season, the services available were limited: the restaurant menu was very limited and the breakfast timing was not ideal for us.
Rather new facility, clean with very kind staff (we got also a complementary liquor after the check-out, which was a nice gesture). The room for 4 was rather spacious with the nice feature of a ginormous TV for the kids and the ambient lights with changing hue. Bed was comfy.
