Room service didn’t answer. I asked and there were staff missing in the restaurant.

The staff were slow to understand and act.. its mot easy to get hold of the reception staff.. management took also took time to act, we had to explain our situation few times before we got a solution to our problem which was uncomfortable and a waste of time especially when you are exhausted from traveling.. I don’t think i’ll be staying at this hotel again..

Only complaint is the parking cost which is very pricey (30 euro per day just for parking, and no valet parking is provided).

I only had an issue with the air conditioning, the room was warmer than what I expected, I prefer a cooler room.

It’s been my second time at this property, I like the accent overall and I would say that in both visits the staff were friendly.

TV is locked up, so you cannot connect via HDMI. The Chromecast just doesn’t do it for the things you might want to stream.

Our room was fantastic, with windows and remote blinds on 3 sides. Very spacious living area with a long settee. The spa was very good. The Lonely Broccoli restaurant has a superb buffet breakfast with many healthy options. The location was very good, close to the trains and trams, but also many fine dining options. And the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Nickolas, our check-in manager was the best.

we couldn’t visit the pool without going in our swimsuits. no big deal. atrium outside our room was empty and could have been nicely furnished to make a more welcoming space to our rooms.

Room design was excellent. Wonderful layout and beautiful furnishings, materials and details! Lobby was elegant and a great cafe at the front!

The staff were very mixed. Some were very professional and clearly aware what a five star hotel should be like for the customer. Some other staff were, in a word: clueless. This was not good enough at this price point.

.Beautiful hotel, amazing room. Design took everthing in account. we loved the details in the room, especiallly the big window and the light system. The bed was very comfortable. In the area we found nice restaurants, We used public transportation to get around that was great.
