Firstly, it was pretty troublesome that we had to check-in at the main building 10 minutes walk away, before we can enter the room. We came by train with luggage and backpacks, walked past Apfelrot, onto Apfelbaum, and then back to Apfelrot... Secondly, after we entered our room and were chilling on the bed around 3pm, a lady barged into our room without knocking saying she wanted to clean the toilet. It might be an earlier check-in but we had informed the hotel and there should be better communication among staff.

The room was very spacious, modern, and nicely decorated, making our stay very comfortable. It was already pre-heated upon arrival, which was a thoughtful touch, especially on a chilly day. This hotel building is located near a supermarket, making it easy to grab anything we needed. The staff was kind and welcoming. We also really appreciated that we could purchase discounted thermal spa tickets directly at the hotel, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

We had windows facing the train line, which could be disturbing for someone when the window was open at night.

Great location near Therme Erding with good parking and nearby restaurants. We were pleased with the warm welcome and access to a shared kitchen. Complimentary coffee was a nice touch.

Unfortunately our room was very hot. Luckily they had ventilators available. The street and metro is close and loud.

It was very clean, the bathroom was renovated and spacious. The baby crib was clean and up to date. The location is close to everywhere and check out us very simple.

Great spacious, quiet and clean room. Very comfortable beds and really enjoyed the free tea in the kitchen on our floor. We just walked every morning over to Hotel Apfelbaum to have breakfast, which was delicious and offered everything you need. They even cater for gluten-free.

The hotel is so far from reception that it’s not reasonable to stay here at all if you don’t have a car - its maybe a 20 minute walk away and my cab driver even got lost finding it. The blankets are weird and skinny and there is only one provided “per person” and there are no other sheets, so I am glad I’m a solo traveler in a triple room - I needed all three of them since I couldn’t adjust the thermostat. I also wish they provided a bigger variety of toiletries.

I was looking hotel located in walking distance from Therme and Apfelrot can offer you that - not super close, but it is close enough not to bother yourself with taxi or bus service.

The hotel doesn't have breakfast area nor a reception, you have to go to Hotel Apfelbaum to get your keys and for having breakfast. It's a 3 minute drive, so not a big issue. The pillows were bad.

The bed was really comfortable (except the pillow), the room was really clean, the bathroom looks nice. The location is perfect for going to the therme.

The shower didn't work properly after a while with the explanation: you were using to much water. Then the sink and the toilet didn't work at all and it happened 2 times in 3 days. In one of the days there wasn't any warm water after 23 o'clock

The only slightly negative thing about this stay were the bed pillows. The were very thin and quite short, but for the most part I still slept very well.

The room was easily accessible, quiet, had lots of food places nearby and was a nice short walk from Therme Erding. There was also a community kitchen with a small change box to purchase extra drinks and snacks.

There is nothing around the hotel, not even small bakery. The Lidl nearby is small and without much choice too. Basically all life goes inside Therme. We were having our meals there as well. Hotel doesn't have reception, you need to go to Apfelbaum for check-in. Small movable table in the room would be nice to have. There is no air conditioner (even though there is some device on the wall which allows you to set temperature), just older small ventilator. As it was really hot, we had to sleep with open windows, but our view was on railroad so it wasn't quite at times.

We chose this hotel because we don't have a car and it is in walking distance from Therme and had a good price. There was a mini shared kitchen on the floor, where one could make coffee in the morning. Also very fair prices for beer.

Where do I start. This is NOT a hotel, these are serviced rooms in an office block. We arrived at night and it was totally dark, uninviting, this is NOT a hotel. There is no air conditioning or fan in bathroom, so it is too hot and misty when having a shower. If you open the window you are kept awake by the constant trains. Pillow inadequate, and 2 single duvets on a double bed. The restaurant in sister hotel is 10 mins walk (we had no car). There are no facilities / staff, I felt I stayed in an office.

It was clean and tidy, and looked new. Kitchen at the end of the block was well stocked.
