I slipped in the bathtub, and had a nasty fall out of the tub on the floor, hit my head on the radiotor. They should have. Had a bathmat in the bath. A had a bad bump on my head.

We could not sleep due to the noise of the cars and the sun entering the room. The window curtains are not sufficient to block the light. The reception area has a red tape that prevents sitting and photographing. The parking lot, if you find a place that is far away, you need a taxi to return to the hotel because the carpark is not owned by the hotel.

Few details were not mentioned: 1 - Bathroom was not part of the room. 2 - The reception was not able to speak English 3 - The hotel does not have a dedicated parking although they propose it as part of their offer.

The place is not far from public transport. The room was quite clean The neighborhood is quite nice. Few restaurants closed to the place.

Antiquated room . Practically everything is in dire need of renovation. Nonexistent cleanliness. The common showers and bathrooms are in a state of disrepair.

It was centrally located next to the Hohenzollern Damm S-Bahn station and close to Fehrbelliner Platz U-Bahn Station ,which practically gives access to the entire city. The reception staff was friendly. There were also Food options quite close. The Willmersdorf/Schamargendorf districts are also nice and quiet.

100€ deposit for keys. I think the amount is too high. The announcement did not mention the payment of the deposit. I found out only at check in at the hotel.

A little bit friendliness by checkin woukd be better. The Receptionist that was on duty that day by checkin was not that friendly... She didn't give me the WiFi Password.

Room is big enough Cleanliness muss be really really improved Location is perfect, no noise, near to public transport, Supermarkts, near to Kenya Embassy and Restaurants.

The shared bathrooms and toilets are not the best. They are quite old and not so clean. The decoration of the rooms are very old and it's not so comfortable. The internet/WIFI system was terrible.

The night receptionist was very helpful and nice (Angelina maybe was her name). The value is adequate for the price. It's like a hostel but doesn't hold this status. The TV in the room worked as well.

There are 3 out of 4 showers on my floor was faulty, you have to pay 100 euros "security deposit" that is undeard-of at all other hotels. The cleanliness of the room is disappointing as there are stains on my mattress and visible cobwebs on the walls. Even the light was constantly making electrical noise for no reason.

There is a really nice Italian restaurant around the corner, and travelling to and from Berlin hbf was convenient

- I came in 2 hours before the checking in time, quite tired. But the staff didn't let me have an early check-in, nether was I allowed to sit and rest by the reception, so I had to move about the town with my luggage during the 2-hour wait. Not welcoming. - My room was not clean when I finally checked in. - One toilet had no hand-wash and very little toilet paper

The room was relatively dusty and not well-arranged. Curtains are not covering the entire window. The washrooms did not feel very clean, and on the floors, light was flickering on and off.

They did not apply anywhere that we had to make a deposit for keys 50€. The deposit is not problem itself, but they could take only cash for it, we had to walk to a atm, that was 1,5 km distance from the hotel and then come back and proceed with the registration. The room barely corresponded to the pictures that we found on booking.com

No facility for a late check in if plane had been delayed I.E a lock box with a code would be ideal. Some of the mattresses in rooms where absolutely disgusting stains on them what looks like a build up for yrs. Sheets were fresh and clean, clean towels however bathrooms could have been cleaner. 2 separate occasions while females where in the shower a male member of staff used a key to unlock the door and open it and look inside. The ladies on the reception desk were lovely and very helpful.

The room could have been cleaner and the bed properly made as I was only given a single pillow and duvet even though it was a double bed. The toilets were lacking sufficient toilet paper and no complementary toiletries were offered. The shower was clogged and the hot water was not reliable. It should be communicated that it's not truly a hotel as the rooms are located in an adjacent residential apartment block away from the reception.

The hotel is close to a train station which means quick and easy access to the city centre. The apartment building where the hotel rooms are located is quiet and it also offers good privacy. Early check out is fast and simple, keys can be dropped into the letter box, and there was no issue with getting back the 50e deposit. Everything was documented and check in was efficient.

Price little bit expensive for 4 nights. Small toilets and showers far from room. that means no potable water nearly. I hadn't understood if the hotel clean my room, what days in four night. a couple of days I had noisy neighbours. light in the toilets up and down. During the night, in the room with light off I have a small red light came from ceiling to a bed all night.

big room isolate building easy to take underground and bus. Nearly a good pastry, sandwiches and coffee shop.
