Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Clean property inside and out, close enough to the city center of Passau within a 30 minute walk. The breakfast was enjoyable with many options and good quality coffee but the staff and exceptional service stood out the most here. One of the front reception desk employees was especially helpful during my stay. When i arrived i had no charge on my phone while me and my friend were separated and she was kind enough to let me use her personal charger and answer any questions i had in english despite it not being her first language. Don’t expect to receive the most top tier facilities here as it is a budget oriented hotel, But do expect to be greeted warmly and treated with respect and kindness.

The only thing i would say is the door soundproofing was not the best but other than that everything was good
Brings a usual good b&b standard like clean room and bathroom, sheets and towels aswell, good parking too. Staff are good as gold super friendly and helpful, keep up the good work👍🏼😊

Good location, good value for money. The only thing missing is a little fridge
Is a good hotel and very clean and the room had air conditioning so it was nice and cool.

The negative side of my experience was the beds that were to small for 1.88m person, unfortunately.

Noises in the hallway occurred a few times. Could need a little more space in rooms when 3 or more people arrive.
It was cosy. The atmosphere was and felt great. Can get and buy a lot of stuff close by, if necessary. Great wifi connection and choices on TV channels.

Pretty far away if you want to see the sights or the city centre. Slightly expensive breakfast, in my opinion.
Great parking area and internet connection. Nice quiet place to relax and rest. Great access to various facilities.

I made the reservation by booking obviously by providing the card's details. However, apparently, for the staff of the hotel it was not enough, so, I had to discuss on the phone and in the end, I had to send the details of my card by email directly to them. It was exhausting to discuss all these on the phone while being on the road all day... I don't know if it's the hotel's fault or the Booking's fault... What I feel is that any serious client should not be put under this pressure: not to be sure to have the reserved room while everything is done according to the rules of the Booking app... I have used this hotel as a transit hotel for quite a while and I am happy with its service but this time we had this problem... I hope next time will be normal. Thank you for paying attention to this feedback!

The bathroom had a little bit of a weird smell in the beginning (I think it was because the drainage in the shower was completely dry - the siphon, and it had smells coming in the bathroom) because after the shower it was not present anymore.
Free parking, overall cleanliness, the check in machine, kind staff.

There were adequate choices of things to eat for breakfast. Staff was helpful with information about how to travel. Stored our luggage until our scheduled departure which was much later than checkout time.

My room on the street side was noisy because of the traffic, so closing the windows or using earplugs was a must. The property is a bit far from everything (a morning run along the Inn to the town center and Veste Oberhaus castle was great though).
Easy access from A3 and strategic location between east and west Europe makes this property a good place for travelers who need a break on a long journey. Efficient check-in and check-out procedures. Practical parking. Although basic, the facilities were new and the bathroom was nice and clean.
