Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The hotel did not provide a late checkout in spite of the request. There was no kettle in the room for hot water/tea and coffee. Breakfast has to be pre-booked. No complimentary water bottle either.
Close to the train station. The rooms were super clean. Digital lock and check-in are super.

The room was cool
The room is small, rather cozy. Everything you need is there. It is convenient that there is a check-in machine if you arrive late. A great option for a BB hotel.

I arrived with my car and looked specifically for a hotel with free parking space, but after I booked they started to charge for it, which I didn't like, but it wasn't a big problem, because it was always very easy to find a parking spot nearby.
The beds were very comfortable, it was clean and I liked both the check-in and check-out process, since I only got codes and therefore could just leave at anytime without having to return something.

Out of the whole Europe summer trip to Lisbon during which I visited multiple stays this one was the worse place to reach (due to closed roads and unexpected constructions/repairs). Even for GMaps it seemed to be a problem so I had to improvise to reach the hotel properly from to proper side of city. Once I reached the hotel I realized the hotel was quite occupied (probably not in the sense of all rooms) but parking with a car and finding a free spot was a miracle. Obviously there is a way to park on the closest road (if you are lucky and it is late in the evening and no one is working in the nearby offices) but I expected that when hotel declares private free parking it would be available for us. It seems the parking space is not too big (no parking hall or garage) so you need to be lucky. Beyond that one minor thing regarding the hotel front doors: IMO they were a bit dangerous in general as they were opening automatically in a direction towards people approaching them so I don't know if that is a safe setup especially with families with small children. Usually in such places I expect sliding doors to safely open the passage. That was a bit weird experience but still not the most important,
The room was comfortable and fresh. The booking code was comfortable even after the reception was closed. The location was good but quite distanced from Stuttgart city center (it was not a problem for me but it could be an issue for others).

The pillows need to be replaced.
Excellent location and near the public transport to the city center. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were comfy. It was convenient that the parking was free and that you can park either the road or their parking.
