Nothing, everything was amazing

The breakfast was amazing!! There was an omelette , different kinds of sausages , very delicious pies. The room was cozy and well cleaned. I liked being there .Oh.. and don’t forget swimsuit . There is a small swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is not far from Konigssee, only 7 mit by bus . The bus stop was near the hotel , just cross the road.

Easy to find with ample free parking, a great base to explore the national park. The staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, quiet and well appointed, and we had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was excellent.

indoor swimming pool is so small

The water in the shower was leaking towards the door. There could be a water kettle in the room and a few dishes, at least 2 cups and teaspoons.

Amazing views. All the famous tourist spots, hiking trails are within a short distance. Friendly staff at the reception and restaurant. The food at the restaurant is very tasty, big portions, cosy atmosphere, options for the kids, fair prices, fast service. All perfect! Thank you, would stay again.

It was all great

The room was so much more beautiful than the photos. They really made sure to decorate the rooms with the Bavarian style. Room was also very big. Breakfast was good, they also have options for more of an American style breakfast. They allow dogs, which was great. They even invite you to have your dog at dinner with you if you'd like. The location is perfect for both Königsee and eagles nest. We couldn't have been happier here :)

Location would have been better with a vehicle and the sauna was a major factor when booking for me but we were told one day that it needed to be turned on for an hour before we could use it and it was too late for that and then the next day we were told it was broken.

View!l and restaurant in the property and helpful staff at the reception. They offer you a guest card on arrival with which you can use all public transport for free. The receptionist was super helpful and patiently guided me about my stay and even booked a taxi for me early morning.

From first greeting the staff were not friendly, restaurant staff were bordering on rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Although the breakfast was good the evening meals were overcooked and dry, one of the main reasons for the booking was in house restaurant but we stopped eating there, preferring to walk into town for better food and service. Room was only cleaned on two occasions out of the week there.

Great location close to Salzburg and Konigssee, comfortable large room, ample fresh buffet breakfast.

Pricing for use of the sauna doesn't make logical sense.

Restaurant was fairly priced, though better options (traditional German and real Italian pizza) exist in the surrounding area. Good parking facilities. Very efficient receptionist.

The location is great as it was very near to the Königssee with a picturesque surrounding. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent in the restaurant. The staffs were also helpful and even if we checked in a bit late, they were quite understanding.

More parking, or a separate area for motorbikes, as these each took up parking space for a car.

My wife and I had a very nice double bedroom while my son and his 3 children had an apartment. Both were first class. The restaurant was outstanding.

Elevator is slow, take this into consideration if you have troubles to climb stairs
