Absolutely nothing, aside from the fact that we only booked for 2 nights. I could have happily stayed longer--it was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend!

We could not be more pleased with a hotel! It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but just a quick walk to old town and the sites. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, and very large! We had 2 sitting chairs and a desk chair. The bathroom was extremely modern and offered a shower and large, oversized tub, as well as 2 sinks. The attention to detail was impressive, right down to extra glasses and ammenity kits for our teenager. (This was actually the only hotel in our 2-week trip that had towels in the room for our 3rd traveler even though it was denoted on the reservations!) The breakfast spread that was included was amazing. Eggs, cooked to order if desired, jams, honeys, housemade cake, cold cuts and cheeses, housemade cream cheese spread, housemade muesli, juices, yogurts, a variety of breads. We were actually shocked at the immense offering, and even more impressed that it was included in our stay! All of the staff was incredibly kind and customer service was top knotch!

rooms can get hot, bur luckily evenings were cooler and opening the windows worked well after 10mn. they have portable AC but they are super loud and don't work well.

I booked last minute in Nürnberg and was lucky to find a room at the Prinzregent (it was a trade-show week, so prices were through the roof). The location of the hotel is simply great and the receptionist did an extraordinary job to make me happy - so thanks for this. Super breakfast, too. I will be back next time when I am in Nürnberg for sure.

Wish there was even more parking out front but that's not anything the hotel can be faulted for.

Wow! What a lovely hotel. Situated facing the water and trees so quiet park-like setting within walking distance of all the sights. The family and staff are wonderful and so nice - Catherine, Lydia, Nicolas. Best breakfast around and so attentive. Offered us custom coffee drinks each day and the woman running the breakfast is top notch! Our room was large and comfortable with a large bathroom with a bidet and tub and shower. Refrigerator in room too and a fan if we were hot. The hotel entry way is beautiful and they offered us prosecco upon arrival (it was my birthday). The are so gracious. They make all of their guests feel welcome and go out of their way. There is also a sitting room and a library area.

Great location to explore city by foot. Extensive breakfast buffet was greatly appreciated. We were graciously received by the evening reception staff; he was extremely helpful with suggestions for dining and earns our recognition for his clarity and kindness. We also really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel for the two days. It made our stay most enjoyable, without stress.

The minibar fridge was not working, and it was really hot outside. They did try to fix it though, and it was just bad timing. They even let me store a few things in the fridge in the kitchen.

Lovely place with large rooms and friendly German staff who all speaks English. 3 minutes walk from the wall that surrounds the old town.

Breakfast could have more hot vegetarian options. Also labels with allergy information is better so that you don't have to bother staff with questions as they are always very busy trying to serve everybody.
