Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

There is no minibar in the room, but it is possible to store something in the fridge near reception!
The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, a great value, and is just three Tran stops from the main station.

Staff were really friendly and the atmosphere was quiet, business-like, but very welcoming. Room was large and great value for money. Nice quiet but pretty central neighbourhood, a bit of a trek up the hill, but worth it for the views!

Way out of center so taxi or drive in required we stayed in annexe across the yard so dont know what hotel was like.

Room was outdated, weird set up, room on the ground floor with windows that open like doors to the streets. Felt unsafe. Worst was the shower in a bath tub with no shower curtain so all the water splashed on the floor. Old tv, old furniture, old everything. Just a bit of a weird place.
Not much. Next to a super market and interesting neighbourhood. Affordable if you are on a budget.

The room does not have a fridge and air conditioner.
The room is spacious and has a balcony. The bed is comfortable. The location is not far from main train station but its not easy to walk if you have luggage. Take the bus 42 right across the train station. 3 stops to hotel.

The internet could work better, for a home office, it is very slow, the best time to use it is during the night, when no one is using it!
The hotel is simple, there is no electric kettle in the room, no fridge or air conditioning, but the room is very large, has a balcony and they even provided a fan for my room. For the price I paid, it's great!

The room has a cute small balcony. The room was fresh even if outside was really hot the weather. Super clean. Itìs close to Penny market and to bus stop. You're 15min by bus from the center and from the central station. Really good location.

The room was nice, but the bathroom was a nightmare. It wasn't dirty, but the logic of the curtain didn't make sense and it is really uncomfortable. It was an honest deal because we spent only 60 euros also for the location, but I wouldn't choose it again.
The room is big, there is a little balcony outside, nice to have breakfast there. The position is also pretty lovely if you can move by car, but also not very far from the city center. It is actually my favorite spot in the city.

It's a little hard to find the hotel at first sight.
The beds were so nice and the room was quite chill for the summer heat. There is no Airco but for just 3 guys the fan was enough. Also the Shower was really nice!! Truly a level above in terms of comfort.

No kettle in room, charge (50c) to print a sheet of paper.
Feel that this property should be rated more highly, excellent large room with a terrace. About 25 minutes walk from the centre so a bit quieter than other areas might more.

I found the furniture very old, there is no fridge in the room, there is no electric kettle and the internet is down! I did use the hotel kitchen fridge though, which was a nice courtesy on the part of the hotel staff. But I liked it and would stay again!
The rooms are very spacious, have a balcony and a market practically glued to the hotel! Overall the hotel has great energy!
