-located directly in the centre of Munich, so everything was easily reachable by foot -room was very spacious and comfortable -shower was very nice (very spacious rain shower) -interior designed in a beautiful modern style -very small hotel (19 rooms ->hideaway hotel), made it less crowded and more private -all inclusive option has a very good value for money (offers a wide variety of food and beverages -even while bottles of wine;) ) -most of the staff is very forthcoming (i.e. making the room ready for check in 1 hour earlier, storing luggage for 6 hours after check out)

A little tricky to find the entrance as the hotel is on the 5th floor but just call them and they will give you directions

An absolute gem of a boutique hotel right in the heart of Munich. location could not be better-you can even watch the Glockenspiel from the lounge window!! Great design throughout the property and very comfortable and relaxing. what sets it apart are the staff. They were world class. nothing was too much trouble and they made us so welcome. Would definitely stay again and it’s worth the cost for the service and atmosphere

I expected it to have its own building, worthy of a five-star rating. It doesn’t even have a gym or a pool. Furthermore, the price for one night is crazy.

The staff was very kind and helpful, the rooms were lovely, and the food was good.

Didn’t like the price tbh, I managed to extend my stay outside of booking.com because I didn’t want to waste time moving to another hotel when originally my entire stay was not available at beyond. I also didn’t like the fact that rooms are not equipped with a kettle or coffee machine. The entrance to the hotel is quite obscure.

The staff, the staff, the staff… exceptional. Very friendly and they are quite genuine. You can tell they love their jobs. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows are amazing. The room (junior suite) was delightful with a lovely bathtub.

The noise and the food

The room is very nose as very close to the open kitchen and main lobby. The food didn’t meet my expectations as quality and very few choices. The room is very comfortable the staff excellent and the view from the lobby amazing.

location good but the entrance was unexpected (elevator!), the breakfast menu and price was good, the room was good but I did not expect that they charge for drinking water when we asked for bigger water unlike other hotels

personally- the mattress was far too hard for both myself and my wife to the point where we didn’t sleep well on both nights of our stay. I totally understand this is personal and that some may like a hard mattress
