We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomThe reception is not manned so check in took some doing as i couldn't gain entry without a phone call, fortunately the none English speaker who answered recognised my name and someone appeared a couple of minute's later. I cant speak German and so communication wasn't as smooth as it could have been.
This is a lovelly hotel that is very professional and has the feel of a high star hotel in a capital city. The room was spacious and v clean the bathroom comprehensivly kitted out and modern. As with all German hotels, the pillows are the softest and comfiest ever. Private car park at the rear. Good breakfast and nice staff. A very comprehensive information folder is provided.

United KingdomThe rooms are in a separate building to the bar, restaurant and initial reception. Parking was fine but not obvious. The biggest problem was the beds squeaked loudly every time we moved so very difficult to get to sleep.
Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Restaurant was very good. Location in old town was interesting.
