My friend lost her phone during our stay, we contacted the hostel and they found the phone and reached out to us instantly. In general very friendly and helpful personnel.

The area right outside felt a bit dodgy and the entrance could have better signage.

Location was very convenient with Trams in multiple directions stopping right outside. Also a fairly easy journey on foot. The room was nice and spacious and the kitchen area and bathrooms had everything we needed.

Its a bit far from the city. The toilet & shower are a bit far from our room and there’s no place to put your toiletries inside the shower. You have to bring your own towel cause they dont have. You have to request for a new bedsheet coz they will not change it.

Perfect to those who’s travelling solo or with friends and on a budget. They have good kitchen where you can cook your food and there is a grocery store in front and some restaurants nearby its accessible to the metro as well. The room is big for a cheaper price.

there were a lot of loud kids running around that started about halfway through our stay that slightly ruined the atmosphere, as previously it was mostly relaxed adults, which became a lot of noise, knocking on the door, etc

the cleaners were helpful when I asked questions and we circumvented the language barrier using Google translate.

The walls are thin, you can hear others a lot, so this isn't the right place for light sleepers

For a hostel, this place is spotless! The ladies bathroom was increidibly clean, so was the room.

Everything was great. There´s no real reception so not sure how good it´s the communication if something is needed but we didn´t need to so everything was great :)

The hostel is great for the value! The location is perfect, tram and all kind of shops directly at the corner. Great clean toilets and showers and super chilled environment. Not too loud or messy for being a hostel! Highly recommended and will come back :)

We only got one key which made it tricky to manage our movements.

The late check in was exactly as communicated. The kitchen was well equipped for our purposes. The showers were a little jaded but adequate. The situation was good with a rail station, tram stops and cafes nearby.

Definitely were missing a dishwasher. On Sunday 7a.m. some noise woke us up - seemed some neighbours started a renovation. Some soundproofing would be great, also for guests returning during the night.

Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious. We had fully equipped kitchen with laundry machine. Location was excellent

Room gets very hot and due to proximity to the street it's hard to sleep with the window open. It was quite hard to identify the hostel from the street and the lack of staff/ self check in arrangements didn't feel super secure.

Room was a good size, toilet and showers were clean. Location is great, right next to the tram stops, large supermarket opposite and many restaurants nearby.

The neighbohood is a bit loud as the tram passes directly at the street in front of the window. Fist night was ok. Second night, some drunk guys were very loud at the corridor during the night, and as there's no staff at the hostel, there was also no one from the adminstration to ask for silence. But nothing a good ear protector can not solve.

The room was clean, had a good bed, wardrobe and desk. Shared bathroom also very clean. Easy checkin, my questions were promptly answered when I called. In general, compatible with price, clean and organized facilities.
