My room had cockroaches. I found them on the last day in the morning and when I was doing the checkout, the recepcionist only thank me for the information, noted down my room number and was that. Any compensation or asked for sorry. Also, the towels heater wasn't working. The room heater either, but the room wasn't cold, so that's ok.

Constant noise from the backyard where the window was facing. A door next to the bed that goes to the next room where other people are trying to enter my room. The bed sheets smelled bad and everything was very old.

What a terrible experience… first of all our room didn’t have keys, so we needed to ask the reception to come and open everytime (and wait sometimes, because only one person was there). The room was terribly warm, impossible to sleep in the summer, and the windows couldn’t be opened, because the rumor from the street below was unbearable. It is not so central and in an ugly and dirty part of the city. Furthermore, I accidentally booked it to a wrong date, then booked again to the correct ones, but even after requesting a lot of times (by email, phone and message in booking), the hotel couldn’t do me this courtesy. Worst Hotel ever!!!

The room was definitely not as nice as I had anticipated. The room was quite warm with no way to control the climate and the shower drain was clogged and draining very slow which is always very annoying

The room didn’t look like in the photos. It had no AC, but the noise from some equipmemt cozld be well heard from the roof. There was no fridge. The bathroom was dirty and had the equipment and tiles seemed to be from the ‘80s. It was nothing similar to the pictures we saw when we chose the hotel.

Breakfast was correct, with nice service person.

Our room did not look like the room shown on booking sites. The room was very hot and there was no fan or air-conditioning. The shower was very small and had a metal hook sticking out of the tiled wall (would not like to slip in the shower). There was tape covering the electrical wires in the room.

The location was good, close to supermarkets and shopping. There was an excellent selection of food for breakfast.

At more than 30 degrees temperature they don't even have fans for the guest. Very disappointing stay.

The internet connection is very poor.

The room is clean and they change the linens everyday and also the towels. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. The location is very convenient since it is in the city center.

In room there was no cooling system. As a result, it was unbearable warm inside the room in this summer (couldn't sleep well).

Old style. The location is an old part of the city and the hotel is on two buildings connected with a bridge. I cannot say it is a problem for the stay only good to know this.

HORIBLE, HORIBLE. The hotel is TERRIBLE! I really don't know what €100 was paid for. There is no air conditioner in the room, it is very hot was nit impossible to sleep. The extension cord is nailed to the wall, the lamp is attached to the wall with adhesive tape, the curtains are broken, the bedspread is worn. The whole room needs a major overhaul. No mini freezer.
