We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyI didn’t like the exact location of the hotel, as I didn’t feel to be in Germany at all! Streets were dirty, and the atmosphere wasn’t good at all! TV wasn’t in German at all check-in was horrible.The machine didn’t accept my card of residency, and the reciptionist was like that I was supposed to bring my passport with me! I mean why should I bring my passport when I am already a resident in this country? Because it didn’t work I had to go to another building and then come back! I mean, 30 Minutes for check-in?

AustraliaThe lift was broken and we were on the top floor, so alot of stairs to navigate with luggage. The street was alive all night with people yelling and sirens, very hard to sleep.
Was very easy to get to from the train station. Check in for us was easy with no problems, however there was a few people having problems trying to check in Bathroom was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable.

CroatiaElevator did not work, we were on 5th floor. No clothes hangers of any kind available in the room. Price was ridiculously pumped up due to SMM fair and last minute booking... 700+ eur for two nights, two people in the same room without air conditioning. Reality is, the room was worth 50 EUR per night and I am being generous. I was actually so frustrated I already booked other hotel one year in advance for this specific fair, just to avoid similar situation in the future.
Room was clean. Staff was pleasant during check in on remote location (it seems owner has several hotels). That was about that.
