Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The person who checked us in. Zero engagement. The parking situation. Awful. 20 euros/pet. I’m ok with it but a bit salty in my opinion.
The night personal was extremely helpful and professional. We left very early and he made our check out very smoothly.

Hotel is very far from the city center and not very convenient if you travel by public transport. No coffee or tea maker in the room, which should be standard for a 4star hotel. Pool area accessible only via the underground parking space. Sound proof needs to be improved. Heard other hotel guests walking in the room nearby at 1am.
Quiet place located quite remotely. Relatively big spa area.

Paid for a double room but received a double bed with single bed size bedding. Apparently one has to pre-book double bedding if travelling solo?? Never came across such a nonsense.

Unfortunately, you need to cater for events differently - telling some guests to be quiet is just bad form, especially when you a) had not pre-advised of an event at the venue, nor b) provided microphone (or similar facilities) to the event.... There is just no excuse to treat other guests like 2nd class citizens because your getting more money on an event as a whole; indeed we likely paid more than double the price per "event head".
The young chef cooked food that was amazing, don't lose him or the reputation will suffer because the rest of the stay was just ok: good reception, comfy & clean room but nothing to write home about per se.

The staff should have informed the other guests upfront about the private party. If they had just been a little pro-active, offered a drink, had apologized in advance instead of waiving the guest's dissappointment... We expressed our disappointment but they just ignored it.
The food was delicious and the personnel in the kitchen and serving staff in the restaurant was lovely (and we offered them a nice tip), but there was nothing they could do to take away our overall feeling. I was very disappointed with the way we have been treated as guests. There was a closed party occupying the whole restaurant, leaving no room for attention to the other guests. We ware asked to be quiet, waited for a long time before we got served in the bar and got the overall feeling that our experience and expectations of our stay, were not important that evening whilst we paid the full price for the room. The worst is that we expressed our discontentment but the staff didn't do anything about it. The least they could have done in the bar - after the rude way how we were requested to be more quiet whilst we were just having a conversation - was to offer the drinks. They should have closed the hotel, arranged for a microphone if someone wants to give a speech for a full audience, or offered a compensation for the other guests who were treated "second hand" or at least, explain and be pro-active. The reception did nothing with our complaint, they just fully charged our creditcard, not even a coffee in the morning... bad service.
