Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff. I booked a room with a double bed and when I opened the door it was two single beds. The receptionist told me that all the double bed rooms were fully booked… the person said that they can’t do anything about it and that we (as guests) can push together the beds in the middle of the night. We did so and unfortunately we were so kind that we placed back the beds like there were when we came.

Clean hotel, was perfect for staying one night and get a good rest in their comfortable beds.

No mini-bar. No air conditioning. Because it was hot we had to keep the windows open and couldn't sleep well because of noise from traffic (hotel is located just 20-30 meters away from an express car road). Outdated furniture and smelly room.

Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast: rich and various. Close to highway (autobahn).

Breakfast was on a pricey side @16€ but very decent (there are no shops around the hotel as far as we could see).

Absolutely great place for a stopover, all you need, clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff members were super nice. Best beds we had on our 3 weeks trip.

The value for money is excellent, making it a perfect spot for an overnight stop during a journey. The breakfasts were delightful, offering a great start to the day. Highly recommended for travelers looking for convenience and comfort at a reasonable price.

Our bed was too small for 2 people. It was also pretty hot but opening windows wasn’t an option as the noise from the road didn’t help with sleeping

The curtains were so dusty, I got an athma attack, which I dont normally get. We had to pay parking, although we are guests and had no where else near able to park. There was no kettle in the rooms, so no tea or coffee. My children found bugs in their room...not sure if it flew in or if they were already in there, the lady on duty, didnt seem bothered at all.

The hotel has a wonderful view, you could see the sunset, it was beautiful. The rooms are fine, and beds comfortable. The hotel was quiet and it was tidy. I think it needs more thorough cleaning though. One water bottle costs 6€, so be sure to take your own water! The overnight price is unbeatable and we enjoyed the stay.

Just a pity that they charge extra for parking.

The staff are very friendly and polite, reception staff as well very professional and friendly! Ideal place for taking a rest during trip. Clean, comfortable bed, close to the highway and shopping center.

This hotel is unmanned. To gain access you receive a door PIN on the day of arrival. I stayed in January and there was no heating in my room - very cold night and had to sleep wearing my hoodie! And because I arrived late (22.30) there was no after-hours support available. Foolishly, I booked again in March and this time, the PIN code did not work and I could not access the room! Again, because I arrived late (23.00) there was no after-hours support available so I had to book a last minute (expensive) alternative hotel elsewhere in Magdeburg. I recommend you avoid this hotel - the fact it is unmanned means you take a risk, and particularly if you arrive late.

The breakfast was way too expensive for what was offered and it was totally overcrowded! Completely understaffed! Frustrating and bad experience!

Not much. The room had a constant terrible smell, even with the window opened we couldn't get rid of the smell.

I book a hotel with restaurant, so that I don't have to travel and can work in the evening. On the website, the option restaurant is availabe, on location restaurant closed. Reason: Cannot find a cook. So, change your website, be honest, because the problem is not only from today. People after the desk don't help you to find a restaurant nearby.

Room is basic but oke.
