The communication between booking.com and hotel. I booked late late around 23:00 and pre-paid, mentioning to arrive 1 hour later. One minute later multiple mails mentioned that hotel is open for entry until 22:00 (only in German language). Pitch dark when we arrived, but while thinking what to do.... the night guard opened a door. We showed our booking and we could enter and have a good sleep because he understood our limited vocabulary in German language. Thank him, but this must be organized/communicated better. Either close for booking.com or communicate clear what to do arriving late, and please also in English once, not 3 similar messages in German.

very good place to stay over for a night during travel. Large parking space, good beds, nice room, good shower, friendly day time reception. Ok breakfast and super friendly night guard.

It was a bit cold in the room and I wasn’t able to find the A/C control.

It was very clean and I was able to check in even late at night. The breakfast was outstanding! Everything was homemade and super delicious.

Excellent breakfast with a great choice of fresh food. Location is great in a small village but relatively close tot he A7 motorway. The room comes with a closed in balcony an a nice view. The large balcony windows could be opened when the weather is nice.

No air conditioning and it would be nice to have an extra towel and wash cloth.

Everything was fine. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Also the town is lovely.

After hours access. They still use hard keys to access your room which I am ok with but if you work late it caught me off guard the hotel was locked and I had to rely on a door bell to hopefully someone would answer. Someone eventually arrived to open the door.

the room was amazing and had a balcony overlooking a green environment. The shower and water pressure is always a way I rate a hotel. Toop ratings are given here.

Just perfect for a stop on my way to Austria. Excellent value for money, really clean, comfy beds and close to the highway. Stayed for one night during my outbound trip and was so nice that I booked it again on the way back.

Can't believe that a hotel open to international guests do not speak any other language than the local dialect. Getting a taxi was difficult and the staff very resistant to call a taxi for us, also when finally managed/decided to help, they gave the wrong directions, not your fault, but the taxi driver you did recommend and whose card you provided was very rude and unprofessional

Breakfast was OK, but the warm dishes were not that attractive.

Dinner - We wanted to eat at the restaurant but there were no real options except for two. We only drank beer eventually. Since we had a car we could go eat in another restaurant.

Everythning was great. The team is very kind. The rooms are clean and nice. They even helped by phone and found a missing wallet, even after our check-out! Breakfast is great! There is a radiator in the room ,and another one in the bath for towels
