Beautiful hotel with a fantastic restaurant. Stayed here with my wife and 2 kids and it was very comfortable. Also, the biergarten was great and had a small play area for kids.

The location is near to the airport becz of which I chose this hotel. Besides, the price was also comparatively lower than other available hotels. The stay was very comfortable. I checked in late and I didn't have any problem in accessing my card and room number from the instructions I received. The room was clean and tidy. I was just transiting through Munich so it was perfect for me. They also kindly booked a cab for me to the airport cz no freenow/uber taxis were available in the morning. The only thing is that it cost me was x2 the amount I had paid for the day before. I am not sure if there is less ubers available in this area or it was just one time thing.

Booked this hotel specifically because saw that is could accommodate our group, needing triple room + room with 2 separate beds. Upon (late) arrival, the room which was meant to have 2 beds had only one, and had no hot water to shower with. 2nd room had no water pressure. No evening/night staff at reception and couldn't reach them on the number provided (that could perhaps be because of our roaming plan limitations). No hot water or water pressure in the morning too. The small consolation was that upon checkout they owned up to their mistakes and discounted the stay.

Location close to airport and right next to gas station which is convenient for rental car return. Nice breakfast.

Unmanned overnight, people wandering around unsure if they were guests or not. People with families of young children unable to get a meal or drinks. Nothing near as an alternative. Bookings must have alerted management that dining facilities would be required, but for some bizarre reason the restaurant/ bar was closed! Keys left outside in a box allowing anyone to gain access to the property. Very unsafe, thank goodness there was no emergency!

Clean, lovely rooms, spacious bathroom. Local bus service (stop outside) takes you to the nearest train station giving you a route into Munich city.

Traffic noise. Outside restaurant right outside our window so quite noisy unless you close the window, but it was warm and no air conditioning. Not in a great area and no other restaurants or shops around.

I chose this hotel because of the restaurant, but at 20:30 was closed. I couldn't have dinner due to snow outside. Breakfast ends at 9am, if I am not here for work, I am obliged to wake up somehow early.

We were disappointed about several aspects of our stay. Most importantly, there was no hot water to take a shower. The water was at most luke warm. Also, the elevator was broken while we were there, which was a problem because we had two elderly people with us. There was no sign that anyone was coming to fix the elevator. Overall, the hotel is cute (with a nice restaurant) but there were some inconveniences.

The rooms are spacious and clean.

Reception working hiurs. Its not quite nice to meet with dark entrance, lights are turn of, no any movement...create sadness :). And booking pictures and expectations is not really matching with what you find

Walls were very thin. They had a party the first evening we were there and it was very loud until about 2 am in the morning. You could hear the toilets being flushed constantly all throughout the night as well.

Room was a good space. Excellent breakfast and dinner options. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and well kept up. Easy drive to Therme Erding which is what we were there for.

Receptionist told us to utilise the restaurant for dinner but when we tried to get a table we were repeatedly ignored. even the receptionist walked past me 5 times without a glimpse. There is only so long you can stand around at a restaurant waiting to ask if there is a table free without feeling stupid and embarrassed. Finally my husband was offered a table and came to get us , back at the table it had been taken and the waitress said “ you have to be quick”. all other tables which appeared empty , we would go to sit down to be told no it’s taken. it’s noisy in the rooms if restaurant busy - if you have problems with noise then stay elsewhere. room small and dark sheets old and scratchy.

good location. close to Therme Erding. good breakfast , lots of variety. I liked the building and vibe.
