Greater attention to bed cleanliness is needed. It's a shame for such a beautiful hotel not to pay more attention to this aspect.

The room was very warm but it was difficult to leave the window open due to the noise outside. There was no AC or fridge in the room.

The beds are mediocre. There was two single beds combined in our room, which is not definitely bad, but each of them is light and moves extremely easy. That makes the resting uncomfortable. Especially for two persons. At the morning a groom came and tried to enter the room unauthorised. The room has not been cleaned with the label "clean the room" left on the door.

The location is superb. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are quite and warm. Spaceflight also.

Breakfast was expensive, decaf coffee was not served and other items were missing. Probably the bäckerei next door is better option. WiFi signal was poor and only 2 devices were allowed.

The recently renovated room was comfortably furnished with all the basics, providing a pleasant stay that met every expectation for a hassle-free hotel experience.

Kettle would be nice but we didn't even ask so...

We made a last minute booking for the New Year and the hotel had a good price at such a short notice, especially in the centre of Erlangen. The hotel has 2 buildings apparently, we stayed in the 2nd one which does not have the restaurant and Is located toward the back street via small courtyard. Room was spacious and clean maybe a bit dated. Strangely it had a little kitchenette but without any equipment, not even a kettle. For our needs, great value for money.

The large room was not such an advantage in winter as the heaters under the window only managed to keep it moderately warm.

This is a quaint hotel in the "old town" of Erlangen. The staff are friendly and the rooms large. Breakfast costs extra but is worth it as it has good selection. The hotel also has top restaurant in it. It is within walking distance of most major attractions in Erlangen.

The hotel certainly needs some renovation and upgrades. No mini bar although it says mini bar is there in the room.

Personell allowed me kindly to check in after 22.00, and a lady at reception gave me a teeth brushing set as I didn’t have any with me. Was very appreciated. Staff is exceptionally nice!

The room is not well soundproofed. Fortunately, there is no noise at night, unless you are unlucky enough to have a police car or an ambulance pass by. Access to the parking lot is difficult and you cannot make a reservation.

The room was very nice, even if it has older furniture (it is refurbished, it doesn't look bad at all). The location is excellent, the staff very kind. When I arrive near Nuremberg, I will definitely choose this accommodation.

The furniture is outdated and broken in places (wardrobe). There is no bar (refrigerator) in the room, although a place for it is provided. The breakfast is not very varied and not worth the requested price (15,- EUR).

The hotel is located close to the public transport stops, bars, restaurants and shop (Kaufland). The double room is quite large and even with the windows to the street side is not noisy by using window shutters (blinds).
