The split my family to 2 rooms on different floors. We could not reach each other because the floor access is only with a keycard for the floor. At the end after some discussion they gave us duplicate keys so we can reach each other rooms.

Lack of service for the room, necessary to hier personnel! Electric kettle and minibar not in the room, which is necessary especially when tired guests are not ready to come down to take beverages and/or hot water from the lobby!

Parking perhaps a little overpriced

A nice hotel not far from the motorway. Thankfully we were put in rooms that were not facing the main road. I’m not sure about the quietness otherwise. But given that, it was a great hotel. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Eggs for breakfast were cooked to order.

I didn't dislike the breakfast by any means, but found that the reviews oversold it in my opinion. I found it to be on par with a standard nice hotel breakfast - not better or worse.

Nice simple hotel, perfect for a stopover, conveniently located one transit stop from the airport. Good breakfast, with lots of options. Room small but functional. Good bed, very quiet.

Different from our previous experience, this time we had an issue with the cleanliness of the room. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the bed.

We knew the hotel from a previous stay which was very enjoyable. We like the hotel's design and the accessibility to the highway. The room was very big and spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We appreciate the amenities on offer and the attention to detail.

The parking barrier was not working all the time, I had to get a new ticket to exit. But the receptionist said they are aware of the issue and will resolve it. We had to scan the room card inside the elevator to get to our floor...

Safe underground parking (19 euros extra payment but it's peace in my mind the car stays safe), parking linked with reception and floors, nice breakfast, 5 minutes away from airport

We had asked for connecting rooms. The connecting room door was closed and the key the staff had didn’t work on the door. After waiting over an hour, and after trying several keys on a large key chain on 4 different floors, the staff found a room that he was able to open the connecting door of rooms on a different floor. The staff member persevered and saved the date. But management had not left any resources or support for the staff member to contact to find the right key. It was all his own initiative and perseverance that he was able to sold our problem and find a functioning connecting room.
