The complex has seen better days, many of the bars and restaurants empty. Very sad. The hotel is very comfortable but the lifts are slow and the featuresbin tge room a bit dated and some itens in room damaged.

Right next to 2 musical theatres, a casino, a wellness centre, several cinemas and many restaurants. Stunning views from the upper floors as the hotel has 14 floors. Hotel staff very friendly abd truly committed to making your stay great

The room was well appointed and clean. The located was very good for the purpose of the trip.

Room wasn’t cleaned/beds not made/towels not changes during stay. Asked reception for an iron and was rudely told they weren’t available and I had asked at the wrong time. Was told there would be one later that day but there wasn’t. One lift was out of order and huge wait to go down in the mornings.

No elevator from the garage to the reception....the elevator from the reception to the rooms took forever (one was broken so everyone used the one that was working).

Check in /Check out very fast and efficient.....large room with a large comfortable bed and a big bathroom....parking is conveniently nearby for 16 euros per day....there is a patrol station nearby with a small shop

There was no phone extension in the room to call reception or room service in 17 floor hotel which is basics and missing . No toiletries or coffee in room with water kettle and coffee sachets. Every time you need something you need to come down 17 floors and ask at reception which was very annoying.

With the third lift being out of action, getting down from the 15 th floor for breakfast, was interesting!!

Location to the theatre which was why we were there, is perfect. Good to be able to walk from your room right in to the venue! Esp when weather is bad! Very pleasant stay. Expensive breakfast for what is was.

A few onsite dining options were closed. The 'Irish bar' had no draft!! Hello! That's like an Italian Restaurant without pasta.

The water supply for the toilet tank isn't enough. We needed to press so hard for at least 3 seconds to flush. (Vielleicht auch verkalkt.) The used water while taking a shower needed lots of time to drain. Please take a look and do something about this, dear management. Some of hotel and restaurant's staffs need to learn how to smile. The breakfast is expensive (almost 18€ per head) for not so huge varieties and choices of food.

The interior design of the hotel's restaurant is superb with this beautiful staircase going to conference rooms. Some of hotel and restaurant's staffs are approachable. The location is the best, if you have a short musical vacation. Apollo theater and the hotel are literally in the building of SI Centrum connected to each other thru a hallway... Our room has unobstructed, magnificent view of the Stuttgart TV Tower
