We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I visited Nürnberg during Christmas and had a fantastic stay at the Dürer Hotel. The location was excellent, breakfast had a very broad selection, the staff was incredibly helpful, and they even provided guests with a little glühwein & lebkuchen voucher. If I visit Nürnberg again, I’ll definitely stay at the Dürer Hotel.

United StatesI really liked everything. The only thing I would do..the room walls are all bare without pictures, or any decor at all really. I would put up some pictures of Nuremberg on the walls, or pictures of Albrecht Durer would be great.
Wonderful location in a vibrant, historical area. Great place to stay and walk to the Christmas markets, only about a 10 minute walk. Very nice staff at the hotel, all very helpful and kind. We had the room that accommodates 4 people. It was wonderful, and really big. 2 large bedrooms and 1 huge bathroom. It had everything you needed. Each room has its own balcony. There was plenty of natural light coming in. The breakfast was really nice with a little bit of everything, and the staff were all friendly. I would stay here again without hesitation.
