There is only one toilet for all the rooms and beds on the floor. The area around the hostel feels very unsafe at night, with many adult-only establishments nearby. The breakfast is very basic, just plain bread, cheese, and cold cuts.

Access to the hostel was very easy. I had a clean capsule.

The location is not usafe but have a lot of crackheads. I'm tall man and i feel safe in a lot of places, but for woman maybe sounds unsafe. Have a lot of casinos and hookers in the neighborhood. In my room have a problem with a couple who someone entery in the room and feel sleep into a bad of another person, this is a kind strange 'cause to enter in the room you need a card, so, i just think someone in staff give a wrong room to another person between have someone already there. If you need lock your bag, you will pay for it (ok for it), but, they give you a key with a piece of WOOD and you need to put a WOOD in another safe that is digital locked (have password), and you have to pay it for too. Why not already put a locker with a passaword, instead give a WOOD (with keys) and force you a put theses keys into another locker? Sounds abusive for me.

Location is close to central station, so is easy to catch any public transport. Have a lot of stores of any type, everything is extremely close and have a lot of diversity, including a lot of restaurants, for any type of food. It's relatively close (18 ~ 22 min walking) to Cultural points, like Historic (old town), but is not in central. It's good 'cause is everything is more cheap, you can just walk or get a tram/metro to visit the locals. It's a 24 hours neighborhood, so you can get everything you want! The staff is good and respective!

Clean, comfortable, nice lobby- area is not great but that is well known in all comments. Very close to train station. You go in and out- not hang around the area. Nice and convenient.

My roommates were two Arabs in their 50's, they woke me up at 4:00 am to perform their prayer's. The surrounding of the hostel absolutely stinks.

great staff and some nights there were free meals which makes such a huge difference for travelling. there was also a free pool table and a lovely lounge to relax in and socialize. the staff were all very lovely

Don't underestimate the neighbourhood and how loud the people and cars in the street are. Its not comfortable to walk around the area alone.

Two people came in within the same night looking for a bed, although it was fully booked. One of them woke me up at 1.40 in the morning claiming that was her bed. Friendly staff but maybe not very organised. Beware of the area as it's a bit dodgy.

Well since it's near HBF, it's not the best location of the city (cleanliness wise and safety wise), A bit too loud since many bar nearby.

Location is very near HBF less than 5 minutes walk, Our apartment is clean and the bathroom is clean and well-lit as well, Spacious apartment can fit up to 6 people, the staff is kind.
