This system is giving me a rating of 4.0 but in all honesty I'd give it a 1.5. Location was in the middle of the red light district and staff told me not to go out at night as it wasn't safe, if this is the case then that should be told at the point of booking. The guests in the room had no respect for others, making noise in the middle of the night and staff didn't seem to care too much about others either, ignoring customers. There was also a €1 charge for card payments

The environment around the hotel is really not good. It was a red light district, and there were a lot of drug addicts, homeless people, and people you wanted to avoid. Throughout my trip, I was worried about when I would enter the hotel and when I would leave. There were always police around. As an additional surcharge, you have to pay a separate 5.50 euro tax fee, a 2 euro card deposit, and a 5 euro deposit per towel. If you pay by card, you also have to pay a tax fee. Considering paying more, I don't know if the hotel is reasonable in terms of cost-effectiveness. It was inconvenient because there were no shelves to put luggage on.

The price was cheap. The location is close to the central station. It was a dormitory and it wasn't dirty, especially the bathroom was clean and the water ran well. Coffee and tea in the lobby are free.

This location is very nearby the train station and others attractive, shopping mall in Frankfurt. The staff is professional and lovely, room is cleanness, room mate is also friendly. An excellent place to stay !

Very creepy location. People using drugs all around the area of the hostel. Up on arrival they come up with all kind of things they charge extra money for. Bathrooms are supposed to be checked twice a day. But they were all very nasty. There was a lot of noice from the hallways and from outside.

It is easy to reach from the train station. They have staff available at any time. They do have the option for breakfast. The check out time till 12.00 is reasonable.

Location is truly terrible, not their fault though. Cleanliness wasn't great and the cleaners make a lot of noise every day while cleaning the rooms. Bathrooms are cleaned once a day and that it. Not good, in a hostel environment. Luggage room not protected, whole management approach to guests stay is very hands off.

For a hostel with key card access was good.

I thought I would arrive for four days and since I felt so good I stayed almost 23 days!! I have nothing wrong. To say the opposite, they are incredible.

2019 had already been there. But now it's much better. The people who work there are all incredible. Sketchy district

Great experience. Perfect location and service for the price. You are in the city centre and right next to train station . You don’t even need public transport ticket. Very friendly and kind stuff. I was really surprised when I found a basement with laundromat, luggage lockers and some fun activities down there. There are clean showers and bathrooms on every floor. Even though this place is situated in quite sketchy street with lots of drug addicts, I genuinely felt very safe here, because they won’t let anyone enter the hostel as well as the cafeteria/ bar. You have to ring a bell in orders to access the building, so being at this bar late at night felt safe and cozy and they also have happy hour and offer free tea and coffee at any time. I wasn’t afraid of some drunkards entering the building and ruining the friendly atmosphere of the bar. I also had a beautiful view from my dorm. What I absolutely loved about my stay that the staff is very transparent about their location and that someone might not feel comfortable in such area. They sent me an email where they mentioned this and gave me an option to cancel. Doing so would be a mistake. Those people seem dangerous but as long as you don’t engage with them and just pass them by, they won’t do anything. In conclusion for such price this is a hidden gem.

Location is questionable, with drug users and homeless people located all the way from the train station to the hostel, but you receive a warning email about that so we give this a pass, however, the moment we saw small cockroach looking bugs crawling on the floor / walls (we counted four in ONE NIGHT) is when we got very disgusted. No matter the price, none should deal with vermin?! NEVER AGAIN!

Do recommend for family to stay, not safe area to walk and room is also not very attractive to stay.

Close to Frankfurt Central train Station, you can reach hotel by foot. Room a bit smelly and hygiene can rate 5 out of 10. All Receptionists were very friendly chaps.

Nothing I can mention. All was good.

I loved the late check-in and the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful and accommodating. The shower outside of the room is also nice: you don’t feel like you are taking up the bathroom space and don’t have to rush because there are other facilities available for other guests. Thank you to the receptionists for their help.

The surroundings, the red light district of Frankfurt is quite rough, you feel a lot of insecurity and at any time people using very hard drugs right outside the door, of course arguing and shouting all night long.

Close to the Hauptbahnhof, good breakfast for 6.50€, and very nice staff.

The shared bathroom was not clean. I did not take a shower. It was disgusting.

The location was the only thing that was good. It is next to the Central Station. However, the zone has a lot of nightclubs and prostitutes, so the environment had bad vibes.
