Just stopped by for a night on our way to St Anton from Sweden and it was very nice to be able to swim on the pool and charge our EV outside so it was fully charged when we continued our journey next morning (After excellent breakfast 🤩)

The hotel is awesome. Our room was newly renovated and our bar experience was amazing. Mario was very friendly. Food and drinks were brought out fast and everything was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

The buffet breakfast was a complete rip off! €29.50 and then €15 for parking left a sour taste in my mouth. There is ample parking on the street outside and the area is quiet anyway so it wasn’t like my car was any safer as the hotel car park is accessible to anyone.

There were no air conditioners, the outside walls are made of metal and plastic and glass, the heat was unbearable. The parking was extra 15 euros which is absurd considering that it was simply outside the hotel

Too big, hotel not handling the amount of clients. Trying to control, but not handling. Personnel doesn’t care to explain how to find rooms (hotel is like labyrinth) or where to eat. Small pool included in price, but the sauna cost additionally. At the restaurant had to wait about 5 min to be seated, though it was nearly empty. And then didn’t offer dinner a la carte - said they are waiting for a group. Staying at 4 stars hotel and had to look for a place to eat outside. Had to wait for the towels. Lockers at the pool not working. Not worth price nor 4 stars. Do not recommend.

Excellent SPA area (the reason, why I went there). Plenty of different saunas, and even though I asked just the same day, I even managed to get a massage slot (I recommend though to reserve at least a day in advance)

My hotel room was not cleaned after the first night. This is unacceptable. I returned at midnight to find the bathroom in the same state, with towels still on the floor that hadn’t been replaced. The bed wasn’t made. It’s clear that no one entered the room to tidy it up. At the reception the clerk wasn’t able to speak a comprehensible English. At the reception, the clerk was unable to speak understandable English.

The room was completely different from the photos of the room I booked and is quite small. The room I booked had a bathtub, a double sink and a big floor to ceiling window in the photo. The room we had, had no bathtub, had a small window and a single sink. When we arrived, there were no towels. When I went to the bathroom, there were plucked hairs in the sink. There are only 2 small pillows in the bed. One for each person and they were flat and lumpy. The mattress is hard. On the 2nd day, there were no housekeeping staff that cleaned our room. In the evening, it smelled like cigarettes. I checked the window and the smell did not come from outside. Instead, it was coming from the wall where the headboard is. We barely had any sleep the whole stay because of how itchy the bed and blankets were. It might possibly have bedbugs. It didn’t help that the room was too warm with no air-conditioning. The hotel is like a maze. I couldn’t find the entrance to the pool so I wasn’t able to use it. I just wanted a relaxation day for my birthday but sadly our stay was just overall very uncomfortable. We left as early as possible. We wished we just stayed home.

The room felt like literal oven in summer. I had the impression that a 4 star wouod have AC as basic facilities. The staff helped with the fan which made it bearable at night but day was not possible. It took 40 mins to check out in the queue as the receptionist wasnt efficient enough.

Hotel was generally very warm. Service in restaurant was a slow (although staff were very apologetic). Then pool arrangements were a little strange compared to regular hotels. If they ask if you want a robe...say yes!

Room was modern and clean. Plenty of parking. Nice lounge / Bar area. Very handy for the motorway. Staff were generally very helpful.

I wrote a google review of no air conditioning and paid over 90 euros for a single night. And the management of the hotel replies that I should have booked a first class room to have better sleep. Now this is being impolite. A b and b with half of it's price in italy has better air conditioning and better treatment. Before commenting on reviews please read.

Minor really, but 200ml coke bottles are not my first choice. The bath did not have an anti slip mat which would be of benefit, especially to young children or the infirm.

Location was excellent for our needs. On-site facilities were also quite excellent. The restaurant (Orangerie) was very good value with a nice menu. The bar was good and served a range of drinks, beers, spirits and cocktails. The breakfast choice was really quite extensive and good quality. The robot room service was fun to use and not over priced.
