The bathroom was quite tight/small, the pillows were uncomfortable and the bedding was separate for the two of us. The location was good, but a club nearby (on Saturday night) didn't stop playing loud bass-heavy music until 5am - this ruined our first-night's sleep.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great.

The bathroom is very small and a little outdated with a flimsy shower curtain. Have it noted the exception is on floor 3 (which has a lift) but the other floors you need to walk down the stairs.

The location was excellent right in old town near all the attractions. The beds were comfortable and the room was very big and spacious.

The location was spot on. only 5 minutes from the Christmas market and most other places. Only had to go by train once which was to the rally ground.

The staff were great and very helpful. Beds were comfortable and they had a great system for late arrivals. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is the same as all European hotels: they seem to have only 1 soap, so as usual, bring your own shampoo or be a one soap wonder.

Location is perfect- right downtown in Nurnberg. The hotel itself is older but has been maintained and kept up very well. The beds were comfy and the room was surprisingly large. Despite being downtown, it was super quiet, even when we opened the windows. The breakfast was goods and the staff was friendly and accomodating. I don't speak very good German, but that was alright too. Most of the staff spoke at least a little english, and many of the staff members seem to be pretty fluent.

There is a nightclub at the base of the hotel, which is 3 floors down but on a Saturday can be heard faintly. Otherwise nothing serious

The location was excellent and rooms were functional but not excessive. We didn't opt for the breakfast but in some ways wish we had as it was good value.

The location was perfect to explore the Christmas markets and the old town. Staff were excellent with their friendliness and efficiency. The room was very comfortable with a great ensuite. It includes the old building charm particularly the elevator. Breakfast provided a wide variety of choices at a very reasonable cost. Would recommend it as a perfect place to stay.

The access from reception to the room is not by elevator. You need to go one floor up by the stairs (no elevator from 3rd floor to the 4th floor).

Fantastic location, remarkably close to the Central Station, easy access to Airport and to the main station of FlexiBus. The area has nice architecture and beautiful shops around. The hotel employees are wonderful and there is a very easy way to check in 24/7

I didn't like some of the older structures in the hotel's common areas.

The hotel is right in the center and close to the central station. The breakfast looked great, but I chose to explore the city that day. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Neither of these things were an issue for me but it may be worth noting: 1. There is one small elevator to get to the third floor where reception is. The other floors can then only be accessed via stairs from the third floor which may be worth noting if you have particularly heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. On my floor the walls were very thin which leaves one privy to hear essentially everything everyone else is up to. There was also a bar or club nearby which was quite loud at night. As I said neither of this was a bother and this is otherwise a very reasonably priced and great little hotel

Great hotel! Excellent location within short walking distance of Nuremberg Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) and essentially everywhere else in old town. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and reasonably roomy all things considered.
