I got a room next to the main road, and since the windows are very thin, I could hear every single passing car. I was given four pairs of earplugs, and I couldn’t get through the second night without them. The noise from the road was really loud and went on nearly all night. The second somewhat unpleasant experience was parking at the hotel, which is very challenging for SUV vehicles. (However, the hotel does warn about this, so it didn’t come as a surprise to me.) You have to move two cars on dollies just to have a chance to park. On the other hand, there’s another outdoor parking lot nearby, though the staff there didn’t speak English. (This second parking lot is not part of the hotel.)

The location by the water was really nice. The staff was very helpful. The entire hotel was clean and pleasant. The food in the restaurant was very good. So I can highly recommend this hotel, but make sure you get a room with a view of the water and on the side of the building away from the road.

A bit noisy water drain system, a bit small room. Not critical. But critical: very poor wifi in room and no mobile data reception (2nd floor). Had to go to lobby to phone by mobile data, because wifi is bad there too.

Technically very good, very good light switches and lamps set up, warm water immediately, TV, etc. General stylish design of lobby, corridors, room. Location on the river, not far from center, 20-30 minutes of nice walk.

We didn’t particularly enjoy the meal in the restaurant out on the Terrasse. Was poor quality meals.

I opted for a room with a view on the water and it was totally worth it. The location was perfect and the facilities and the decor are nice and modern.

There were no good beds, I got a lot of pain in my back after my stay. There was also no air conditioning, which was very bad when it was 30 degrees. A small fan didn't help much.

It was great rooms, clean, nice staff. It was incredibly good breakfast and drinks in the bar in the evening.

I booked a room with a river view and we were given a room without, totally disappointing. The flushing system, not sure what it is makes a lot of noise when showering or using the toilet, that was very uncomfortable

Only one chair in the room, so one of us had to sit on the bed. The room was spaceous enough for 2 chairs. After taking a shower the floor of the bathroom was completely wet.

Beautiful industrial design of the building end beautiful interior in the room, I guess specifically designed for the room. Very clean. Excellent location at the Elbe. Nice bar at the upper floor of the building.

The entrance and elevators to slow no logic queuing to get up and down

The hotel entrence and the leaders outside very high no adaptation to easier get up to entrance when heavy suitcases etc.

We stayed for 3 nights, unfortunately our room (242) was close to the road, so therefore the noise of the passing cars was not pleasant and kept us from a good night sleep. The 2nd night (Friday night) there was a lot of noise/music coming from one of the clubs opposite the street and it continued till 6AM!

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good shower! Nice located by the Fischmarkt and nice restaurants. The hotel bar is on the top, from there you have a nice view over the harbour.

In Front of the Hotel is a small Discothek. The Rooms are for our feeling a little bit to warm and when you open the Windows you couldn't sleep because of the party. But ok, if it is not to warm for you, you can close the window and everything is ok.

The location direct on the end of the fish-market is realy top if you want to visit it. Also to the landing bridges and reperbahn are only a 15 min. walk.

No mini bar in the room (mini bar stays completely empty). Only 1 bottle of complimentary water throughout the whole stay (I stayed for 4 nights); It was super cold in the room (no AC, so I could not find how to make the temperature warmer in the room).

I travelled for business and I had to stay in this hotel due to the close location (had no other choice). Hotel itself is nice and clean.

No much options for a "sweet" breakfast, water piping system may be noisy (exp at night), emails from hotel in german only, staff a bit "distant",

hotel located along the Elb, calm and suitable for a business customer. good breakfast (if - like me - you prefer "Salty" options like salmon, cold cuts cheeses, etc). Good cleanliness
