In the laundry of the building area there wasn’t a dryer and any soup/detergent for clothes. Also nothing to hang the wet clothes to leave for drying.

It is very clean, everything is new and the apartment is very nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out. The location is very central.

Close to the main road, sometimes a little noisy, but ok

Clean and tidy. Fully equipped. You can cook your own meals. There are plates, bowls, cups, pots and everything.

There was no heating the first few nights and the beds were too firm. The host provided us with extra blankets and pillows to soften the mattress and try to keep us warm until the heating was fixed.

The apartment was a great size. It was within easy walking distance to the train station and Shopping centre. Alot of nearby restaurants and food choices. The apartment had almost everything we needed.

The noise. Very noisy from the street and the church bells in the front, workers in the courtyard and the pigeons nesting on the roof in the rear. No AC - very hot in the summer, difficult to sleep even with the window open - not a great option with the noise starting in the early morning anyway. Don't expect to get a lot of sleep. The sliding twin beds do not lock either, it's a clever idea but it's easy to fall between them when you turn around in your sleep (which happened to us). Balcony covered in pigeon waste.

Appartment is on the main street, parkingfee is from 8am to 6pm. During summer very hot inside, you can open the window, but traffic from the street is very loud making good sleep very hard.

Very good value for a modern apartment. Enough space for 3 people and easy to drive to different locations in the area (Movie Park, Essen, Dusseldorf ect) Very close to the Mulheim trainstation and shops.

It's a great cozy apparent with all facilities and close to the center. It's clean and nice.

The second night, someone locked the house door from inside. Since we had only the code to open the house door, we got locked out. The telephone number to the company is picked only during working hours. Luckily, after shouting, someone inside of the house came to unlock the door for us. It is thus dangerous to have only the code to get inside the house.

The communication was very smooth and the instructions to get into the property straightforward.

Apartment was perfect for two friends traveling together. We didn't really use the kitchen but a nice kitchen was available. The bathroom is modern and the shower wonderful.

leep situation not comfortable: - some mattresses are old and have dips (apt 2, living room mattress especially) - pillows are old and very lumpy - blankets are too short, my 6'2" husband had his legs bare from the knee - not all rooms have blackout curtains - curtains dont fully cover window making it bright in the room - a lot of noise from outside busy street gets in through the windows Also, support not available on weekends. If you need an extra blanket or towel for example, you can't get it if your booking arrival is after 6 on Friday. The handyman came to fix water one day and brought a blanket - but if the water didn't break we probably wouldnt have had one.

The two single beds in the large bedroom have a very cool modern construction. This way they can be easily slid together to a double bed or apart to two single beds. The sliding mechanism works so well, turning in the double bed makes the beds slide apart and creates a whole in the middle. The apartment is located at a large street. There is traffic to be heard. (The apartment is great anyway)

The apartment is very close to the city center, it is furnished in a very nice and modern way. Everything was very clean and nice.

It is located 2' from the center and the train station. It's clean and comfy!!!
