Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe price is too expensive..no coffee or tea ,no water ,no phone for reception to call..its bunk beds they were comfortable but definitely not for small kids to sleep as it's not safe..so would not recommend it. Breakfast was ok not a big choice I would say little choice for this size hotel..i would not stay there again especially when you pay this price for a night and you get just beds to sleep..very commercial..didnt like it

IrelandThere were only 3 coat hangers for clothes and no drawer or press for storing worn clothes. They had to be left on a chair.
The location was very handy - beside the main station and a short walk to the city centre. The room was modern and large. The air conditioning, essential at the time of year, was very good. Bathroom was fine.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very kind, rooms are clean including a nice view and the whole building was nicely decorated and sorted. The breakfast was good but not outstanding. Location was very good: 3 min walking and directly in the city. For our dog we paid ~€15 additionally. We parked at a surrounding street for free (just keep looking around). I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

ItalyOnly a minor note, the breakfast buffet could have a wider choice of cakes for those who are not used to salty breakfast.
Very modern hotel near the station. There’s a huge parking lot nearby and parking can be paid directly at the hotel counter. We were staying in a quadruple room, it was well organized, spotless clean and with space to put the luggage. The shower is big and comfortable. Breakfast is good. The city center is just across the station.

Czech RepublicIf you are looking for a quiet hotel, this one is not for you. The hotel has many rooms, so, in the morning there is plenty of people going for breakfast or checking out. This makes complicated getting into the lift or finding a nice place to sit for breakfast.
The hotel is next to the train station, very well located and offers parking for a reasonable price. Premises are quite new, and the breakfast is really good.

United StatesOne lady at the reception was kinda rude. I was asking her if they had an ice machine but she was telling me I can get ice cream at the restaurant :( eventually, she understood what I need and said they don't have it but I can go ask the hotel next door, lol.

UkraineThe room does not have a shoe spoon. I had to buy it in Deihmann at the station. We had a room for 4 people with bunk beds. I can’t recommend the second tier for children, the design is unsafe. The room is suitable for a short stay. The room was very clean and everything was in perfect working order.
I was surprised that there were no desserts for breakfast, only jams and only one cheese, although salami and ham were in a wide range. The room was very clean and everything was in perfect working order.

PolandThe receptionist during check-in struggled to pronounce my last time and commented that all these Polish last names sound Russian to her. I would avoid such comments during Russian invasion on Ukraine. The breakfast was really very basic.
