liked the decor of the room and also the lobby and dining area. room was clean. shower was great with good pressure. on checkout we were able to keep our suitcases in the luggage room until our flight - which helped us.

Altough floating bunk beds looks good and are smart solution for family room, missing vertical corner beam was challenging for kids wits same height as bunk bed because they often overlooked corner of the top bed and hit it with their head. Solved with cloth hanging from the corner of the bunk bed.

Hotel is located not far from the higway and outside of Umwelt zone, so you dont need umwelt-plakette to arrive by car. U-bahn station is directly in front of the hotel and it takes only about 20 minutes to reach centrum. BMW Welt is within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfest was wery good and you can also have simple dinner (pizza, etc.) in the evening.

Staff was amazing in support of our needs. Room was a standard size, comfortable. Breakfast was continental one in a large space, well cleaned and always refilled. What is the major benefit is the METRO station in front of the hotel that allows to move in any direction in a fast and effective manner. Parking is under the hotel with large slots.

cost of parking at $20. Room temperature controls did not seem to work although the room was comfortable.

The room was excellent. The only reason I did not give it a 10 was the heating system was difficult to work with it did not seem to be able to set the temperature. The parking was good but a bit pricey at $20 per night. the breakfast ranks among the best I have ever seen and rivals Hilton and Marriot. Location is out o0f the city but literally right next to a subway station where you can go anywhere you want in the city without a car. Yes we needed to car to go to Austria. traffic to and from airport not too bad. The room has concrete floors basically to keep cost down but they were immaculate, very clean and comfortable.

Electrical socket in washroom didn’t work, Hair dryer in room didn’t work. Toilet paper wasn’t delivered as requested had to go to front desk and request a third time. Staff was nice but just didn’t follow up on what they said they would do.

Pillows aren’t the best and there could be a small fridge, mainly if you’re traveling and have food that need it at least for one night.

It was very clean and the bathroom was very comfortable. We were four so each one of us had its own bed.

Lacking basic amenities such as microwave, refrigerator, kettle. Some staff were very helpful and kind, but others brushed off our questions or requests.

Clean and well-kept, excellent breakfast buffet, very convenient transport to central areas. Staff kindly provided lunch boxes on days where we were unable to make it to breakfast.

Hotel is new and modern, conveniently located literally steps from U-bahn entrance, so even though it's a bit further from city center, it's not a problem at all and really good value for the price compared to more central accommodations, which are much more expensive. Also, great view from upper floors. Very welcoming and polite staff, on check-in they offered to change our room from 1st floor to the 19th, which we loved. Free chocolates is a nice touch as well. Breakfast is ok for not more than a couple nights, because it's exactly the same every day, no change at all, and the selection is not very large, so it was a bit disappointing. Also, the bunk beds are not comfortable. Besides that no complains, overall it's a convenient economy class accommodation for a short city visit for a very fair price.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh options to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, conveniently close to key attractions and public transport. Overall, a fantastic experience—We would definitely recommend it!

It was cold in the room, especially the floor was cold and there were no slippers, even at the reception desk. Internet connection wasn’t so great.
