In general most of the personnel was quite, except the receptionist during check in.

Convenient location and great family rooms (bunk beds for older kids), perfect for a one or two night stop-over in Münich. Easy access to public transport. Great staff got us coffee as we had to get on the road early. Overall for price and experience, would recommend.

The restaurant was rather small for the size of the hotel, so mealtimes were very crowded.

The room was very clean and there was a train station right in front of the hotel, so it was very convenient to get around. The breakfast was great value for money.

- Breakfast: untasty scrambled eggs, fried sausage! And lack of bacon. - When you make reservation/booking you have no guarantee that you'll get the parking space as there are a lot more tourists than parking places.

We only stayed here one night but the next day, several of us had itchy red bites on our body. I noticed that some of the comments on the reviews of this hotel in Booking.com also mentioned these bug bites so I hope the hotel can do something about it. The reception staff did their job but compared to other hotels, you can see that the reception is not very warm. We also requested for extra pillows several times which never came.

The location of the hotel is right next to the train station, making it convenient for city transport. The breakfast is also good - although it can get busy. The interior of the room was also very nice with minimalist touches.

On the first day, we couldn't adjust the temperature, so it got a little warm. I shared the room with 3 other friends, and the quadruple room was quite cramped, which disturbed us more than temperature.

The air-con in the room is not cold enough as the weather is really hot during the summer, plus our room is facing west so the afternoon sun is directly coming into the room and making the room really hot.

The hotel is modern and the design fits our taste. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city center, but the good thing there is a metro station right in front of the hotel, so travelling to and fro to the city center is convenient. Breakfast is simple and good enough.

No safe in the room so I felt I had to carry our passports etc around with me when we went out.

Room was comfortable with plenty of space. Location of the hotel is excellent, directly beside the Oberwiesenfeld U-bahn stop and at the upper edge of the Olympiapark. Breakfast was great and it runs 6:30 to 11 daily. Hotel also had no problem keeping our bags after checkout as our train was later in the day.

In my reservation, it is written that there should be tea or coffee maker in the room. But there was not. I asked to many times, but they said it is under booking.com responsibilities. They did not serve. They did not check bathroom regularly. I asked 3 times to fill shampoo and soap. Air conditioning is not working. Breakfast are same for 10 days. But it is seems it is enough.

Place is very convenient. Easy to reach everywhere. Rooms are Ok. Clean enough.

There’s no kettle and any utensils in the room, not even some mugs. Living on the 20th floor provide a good look at the city, but there really isn’t much to see, it’s construction area everywhere and not really a pleasant view.

It’s near the underground station. The staff is really friendly and welcoming. The building itself is quite tall and our room is at 20th floor so we had a view of the city.
