The subway stop right outside the hotel! The unique and accomodating bedroom layouts. Employees packed up yummy breakfasts to go since we checked out early at 0430

United StatesDid not like that parking in the hotels garage was extra money 18 euros for the day. If im staying at your hotel a spot in the garage should be included or built into the price. Also, when we went to leave, the toll booth would not allow us to leave, it was asking for money. Cars lined up behind us and we could not back up. The button to call reception from the booth did nothing. My partner had to literally get out of the car, run through parking lot and up the stairs back to reception to get them to fix the exit slip. Very frustrating. The other thing that was very frustrating was the air conditioning in our room. It has 5 fan speed setting i had it set to full blast coldest setting and we still slept pretty uncomfortably due to how warm it was. Also it seemed timed because it seemed to shut off to the default setting every so often.
Hotel was clean. Electric window blinds were cool feature. Breakfast was great!

We specifically stayed there as we were going to the Harry Styles concert. Good Location - it was easy to get to the main station and the concert (Olympiastadion). You managed to accommodate many people (after the concert and breakfast the following morning) but Service was quick.

QatarRooms were not that comfy, pillows were paper thin and mattresses didn’t feel even. Restaurant closes at 11 pm and the hotel doesn’t offer anything after that, no room service, no snacks, not even drinking water, which was a bit strange given that there aren’t shops or restaurants on that same block.
Breakfast was great, good variety and a spacious restaurant. Location is nice and central. Rooms were clean and tidy.

GermanyWell... It's a 4-star hotel, so there are high expections from the very beggining. Even though that the first impression was quite high, in time small aspects appear that make you question "value for money". And I stress on the word "small" because for me personally, they did not have any influence on my visit, but they might influence other visitors. For instance: - no mini-bar in the room - insufficient amount of towels - no safebox - telephone was broken - water was leaking outside of the shower cabin, making the entire bathroom wet - etc. ->In general, the cleanliness level was very good but there is room for improvement, especially from the facilities caretaker as there were even some wallpaper cuts. Biggest disadvantage of all though, was the car parking - unjustifiably high price for guests.
Brilliant location, very close to the Olimpic Stadium and the BMW Museum. Right next to the subway. - friendly staff, very professional; - the room was specious; - the beds were comfortable, though I would have preferred single bed + double bed, instead of 3 single beds; - nice view towards Olympiapark München; -> all in all, we are satisfied with our visit and might repeat again

AzerbaijanIt would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to be able to make tea. Also, there was some hair left on the shower, it could have been cleaner. But everything else was nice and the stay was pleasant.
The hotel is right in front of the metro, so it is very convenient to move around the city. It is 15 minutes’ away from the centre by metro. Breakfast is well served, delicious with variety of options. Terrace is nice.

United KingdomFor such a big hotel, it's a shame the restaurant (snack bar) doesn't offer more food. After a long day of travel, I wanted something a little more than wraps, burgers or pizza. Everything else was perfect though!
We were a little apprehensive having read other reviews but pleasantly surprised! Bathroom spacious, room very comfortable and large. We both had twin rooms with beds pushed together. Our view from the 18th floor was incredible! Staff were amazing! Check in a delight (thank you Sam?) and plenty of room in parking under hotel.

GermanySunday 8:30am there was a knock on my door to clean the room. And they knocked many times until I opened. I found it too soon. the liquid soap in the sink did not work. Window was closed and not open. I think the cleaning staff should check this when cleaning the room.
