Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hard to find parking space (underground parking with additional fee) as most of them occupied or reserved: only for electric cars.

There was no tissue and toilet reserve the first day, which made us a bit worried at the beginning - but it was just enough, and the next day we got everything without even asking.
The room was ok for such a short stay - there is no fridge and safe though, and the hangers were meant for just one person probably - we would have needed a couple more.

There wasnt a fridge nor a safe in the room. The matress and pillows were not comfortable.
clean room and hotel. Helpful staff and very nice breakfast. we had a car so the location was excellent. we parked and used the metro. there ia a metro stop outside the hotel.

It’s a big hotel so breakfast is a bit manic but they refill pretty quickly. Can’t be helped with the number of guests.
Although a way from City centre, transport literally over the road meant a €9 ticket allows as much travel as you wish. Straight to the centre in about 15 mins without the hassle / cost of staying in a centre hotel. Modern, clean, air-con and underground parking. Would definitely use again for Munich.

Unlike the very kind and helpful restaurant staff, the hotel staff were not very helpful. On our first day, my daughter was very ill with a stomach bug and when I called to get more towels and linens, no one answered (there was no housekeeping extension that I could find). So, I went down to the lobby where there was a long check in line. I saw one employee not checking people in so I began asking for the towels and before I could finish my sentence he just told me that I needed to wait in line, in a rude manner. Once I finally got to the front of the long check in line, I explained the situation. The guy was not very empathetic and seemed put out, but went to get me 2 small hand towels and extra bed linens. I was disappointed with the experience. I’m addition, our beds were bunk beds, so if you are older and can’t climb up a ladder, make sure to request a room without them.
The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant, which is open around the clock and has a good selection of entrees, snacks, drinks, including beer and wine. The hotel is located right near a U line which was extremely convenient. The rooms were efficient and “high tech”, but the 3rd bed in our triple room was a very hard sofa bed. Overall, it was a nice place to stay.

It was a hot day in Munich, and the air condition was very weak and not very effective. We checked another room and it was the same.
Location is great, next to a tram station. Staff were very helpful and nice. Room was comfortable, and breakfast was great.

The air-conditioner didn't actually work. Have to wait in a long line for breakfast since there are a lot of people. Double room but only prepared one glass.
The hotel is literally next to the metro station. So the location is perfect. Wide-range buffet breakfast is also included. Quick check in and friendly front desk. Overall it's worth the price.

I do not recommend this hotel for business trips. The majority of guests are school trips, meaning it can get quite loud in some rooms while you're trying to sleep if you have bad luck. I also had to line up for breakfast as there are so many people already at 7 am every day ( mainly large groups of students). The system at reception was very slow so I had to wait almost 15 min for my invoice to be printed. My bathroom and hotel room had lots of hair which did not belong to me although it was clean overall.
Generally this is a good deal for Munich being close to the ubahn and relatively clean and I would probably stay here if I were a tourist.
