The lack of fridge/chiller and water heater. There was no hand soap in the toilet (I know we could have asked for one but they could have also refilled it before the guest/s checked in. 😉)

The breakfast buffet was exceptional, the room where we stayed was clean except for the windows 😂 the Hotel is located near the metro.

Maybe the lack of a kettle and a small fridge in the room. That would make it perfect. :) And parking it's hard to find (you can still park in the hotel garage for a fee). But other then that, all was good.

Great location, right next to the Olympic park and a short walk to BMW museum. We spent there just one night but the room was modern and big enough for all 4 of us. The included breakfast is definitely a plus and we loved the variety of food. Great value, would recommend.

Location was perfect for event at the Olypiapark. The restaurant was conveniently open after the show. Breakfast was included and had everything you'd expect. Coffee was good!

Staff at the reception is not very helpful. Hotel pre-authorized my credit card without notice on the daynof check out and after the stay was already fully paid. They didn't really know how to explain it...

Modern rooms, very clean, tasty breakfast, WIFI works great. Location is right next to Olympia Park and it is convinient for sport or other events. Metro station is right in front of the hotel. Beds are extra comfortable. Recommended!

We don't have towels in the room when we arrived, but everything was solved to our satisfaction at the beginning of our stay.

Metro station is in the front of the hotel, good breakfast. The reception staff called a taxi to the airport for us at the early morning.

There was some dust on parts of the floor but otherwise clean. My window faced the road so I did not open the window much due to noise. I opened for changing the air but there are no screens on the windows so flies or mosquitos might be a problem long term. I wish there was also a linen. There was a duvet and duvet cover, but I found it warm at night sometimes and woke up. I guess I should have lowered the temperature at night. Once or twice I heard noise from outside when people near me came and went when near the door, but otherwise it was quiet and relaxing throughout.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location is great as it's near a park and the U line subway is in front of the entrance. The rooms are nice and have enough room, but are not a lot of empty space. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The mattresses are firm and nice to sleep in. The room is quiet and the temperature stable. Breakfast is served early enough (6:30 or 7) to late enough (10:30 or 11) for all needs. The breakfast is more like breakfast and brunch with a lot of choices of breads, spreads, cereals, fruits eggs and meats. The staff was kind enough to provide plant based butter, spreads and milk as well.

things look good but they dont work examples: nice room but there are no real chairs to sit, extremely small table not even one person can fit there no wardrobe for clothes no place to put your things when you sleep because there is no nightstand. instead they used some kind of a stupid net which cannot hold anything because the holes are too big breakfast is in a huge area and food on many tables so everyone is confused, people bumping to each other, it seems like you have a lot to choose from but that is just a feeling (scrambled eggs were the worst I have ever eaten and the only other warm food option was hard boiled egg and some kind of a meatball). everything else was connected to diary or bakery products (bread and similar) bonus - I could not fully open the window on room 116 so someone came to fix it. he was not able to do it in 2 minutes with bare hands and reception called him to fix something in other rooms so he just left. i was too tired to argue so I ket it be but this is not how it is done

The roon didn't have any bath towel. I tried to call the roon service almost at midnight but nobody answered. Since I had to continue my travel early in the morning, I had to resolve by myself how to dry me after taking a shower. I am pretty sure that they could have helped me if I wouldn't call the service room that late.

Good location, a little far from downtown, but very close to the subway station. Breakfast was so good! The staff very kind, they helped me to print some documents that I needed to continue my travel.

The pillow in the bed was a bit too thin.

The breakfast was really good and the selection was vast. The hotel restaurant exceeded my expectations with late opening hours and reasonably priced food and drinks.

well the vague description on what a delux room is. i ordered a delux room for me and my roommate. and once we got in it we weren’t impressed with it at all. it looked like a regular room and wasn’t what it was described to be.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a metro station at the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is modern and clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is buffet style. There is an additional charge for parking. I recommend staying.

Only one pillow each in the room, definitely need two as they're rather flat! Hotel did drop off extra when we asked, but could do with them already being in the room.

Great location, u bahn right outside that takes you into the old town in 15 minutes. Great value for money and a reasonable breakfast to start.your day!

The parking fees are too high, the staff in the reception did not know the usage of the WiFi which is mandatory for business clients, the noise of the trains passed, We fill and we ask for an invoice for our stay we fill all the necessary field on check-in but they issue a receipt only, after our point in this we get our invoice on our email.

The location of the hotel, The Metro U Band you can visit easily the Munich the room was clean, the staff at the restaurant areas was very friendly, The breakfast was good.
