Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very unfriendly reception staff, never dealt with a receptionist talking with such rudeness during check-in! Way below average standards and it was just a check-in not reporting an issue for example. AC in a hot day is very weak and does not cool the room well. Special request was not met despite my late check-in, again the same staff member.
The room was fairly clean with a good design.

During my check in I have asked the receptionist about the city tax. She replied she doesn’t know. After her response I said,”you are the responsible person to know.” She became crazy! I apologized. But she always talking talking and talking. I think she was nervous! Finally in my invoice I found there is no city tax. I asked because with me my younger brother was. He didn’t stay with me. I didn’t get the proper response and welcome from front desk. Even she didn’t indicate me which floor I have to, where is the elevator etc. I was tired. The time was around 11 o’clock or half fast.
Everything was good in stead of Receptionist.

Hotel claims to have Air conditioning in their rooms, however as per many previous reviews, there is NO air conditioning. Staff denied the AC was broken & just told us to open the single window in the room. We sweltered through the night and was woken by noisey road traffic due to needing to keep the window open. Would have been best for the hotel staff to be honest the AC was not functioning in the bedrooms and not argue the point.
- Clean rooms. - Late check out - The underground train station was literally outside the door. - Great breakfast spread

wifi signals were very week,there is no AC or vantilation in the rooms,no electric kettle,coffee,iron anything which i considered very basic for even a 2-3 star hotel.

AC wasn’t working and even fan was not working. It was too suffocating staying in there without no air circulation. When we told about the situation at the reception, the staff are like we are sorry and nothing we can do to resolve it.

On check in all questions we asked about local area were answered with 'Google it'. Room not cleaned for 2 days. Found a dead bedbug on my bed. Other reviews have complained about this. On final night we returned to hotel in order to eat there with 2 children. Last orders for food was 22:00. When we arrived a bus load of guests arrived and queued for drinks. By the time we got to the front of the queue it was 22:04 and we were told the kitchen was closed. Everything was spotless, it was obvious the staff had closed the kitchen much earlier. I went for a complaint form and was given a blank piece of paper as apparently, they don't have complaint forms. Not sure what sort of business this hotel is. I have written to management with still no reply. This hotel is a joke. Staff are poor and unprofessional. My advice is avoid it and find somewhere where guests are treated well.

Lufthansa lost my luggage and the hotel staff were not particularly motivated to help. These things matter when too you are far from home. Location a little far from town.
