Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Czech RepublicThe room had a large, unfurnished entrance and a tiny room for three, where was not enough space to move. Overall terrible planning of furnishing and working with the space. There was no minibar in the room. Floor was not clean. The elevator was not going directly to the parking so we had to use two elevators to get there, which was very annoying and unpractical. Stuff was overall unfriendly and unhelpful, when we arrived the hotel system did not work so we had to wait for checking in (pain after 6 hrs drive), when we were finally checked in they gave us only one key card for the room (for three people) and were very annoyed when I asked for two more cards. Breakfast was more or less ok in terms of food choice (very limited but it is enough, coffee was horrible) but it is a mess in terms of service and organizing. Overall, if you are looking for a one night stay in Munich before heading the road again, it is more or less ok, but I would not recommend a longer stay at this property.

United StatesIt was so hot! The first room AC did not work and then the second did but it does not cool the room. It is not appropriate to advertise that the rooms have air conditioning. This hotel would be good for stays in the rest of the year but not hot summer.
The location was nice, it was very clean and good breakfast.

NetherlandsComfort of the beds was absolutely non-existing. We (both 1.88 meters tall) are used to having beds which are too short, and positive surprise: these beds were decent in size. However the matrass was a 10cm thick (thin...) blanket on a wooden plank, which was a recipe not to get any sleep done. Another downside (especially for hotel without restaurants close by) was the lack of proper food in the in-house restaurant. Burned burger, pizza lost in cheese, and curry wurst which drowned in a sort of curry soup (?). Breakfast was a messy all-you-can-eat style, which (although quite some things to choose from) lacked in quality.
Location was ok (not city centre, but this was expected and we just required this as pass-through). Not a lot to do in the close vicinity then so be prepared for that. Absolute plus was the family room with two bunk beds, ideal for family of four. The room itself was quite spacious, nice bathroom with good shower, and overall very clean. Good to have the parking garage as well, convenient to leave most of the holiday luggage in the car.

SloveniaThe room hasn't been dusted for ages. You could see places, where people removed dust with fingers. Those places were dusty as well. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows too shallow. Also, it is really really cumbersome to get by elevator from higher floors to the lobby.
Room was spacious and modern looking. It had separate toilet and shower, which is nice when you are travelling with kids. Also a comfy place to sit about.

IsraelIn the room no kettle, no sofa and chair, terrible cushion, no commode near the bed. Two night two "adventures" 1. Cant turn of the light - the staff come opened the ceiling fixed by hitting with hammer at 23:30 2. Was temporary evacuated at 2 oclock at night because of fire alarm, do not know if it was real as did not see the fire. Then waited for technician to turn of the noise of the fire alarm system in the room.
Good breakfast, near the metro.

Bulgaria1) The beds were extremely uncomfortable. 2) The bathroom would flood even after a short shower. 3) At first the room looks clean but when you check out the corners and the bathrooms you notice that it’s not clean at all. 4) Very noisy. 5) Our window was broken and has opened by itself one of the evenings so we found our room quite cold. 6) The breakfast was 50/50 for me. Many people would appreciate that there are gluten free options but me personally like sweet things for breakfast and there was nothing sweet. 7) The communication with the staff was extremely difficult since some of them (especially the cleaning staff who would walk into you’re room even if you’re still there no matter what you’re doing) don’t speak any English and the ones that do don’t know it very well too. 8) We have asked for a taxi to the airport at the reception and we’ve been told it would be around 60€. It was 100€. That wasn’t an issue for us but it’s quite a big difference and i think it’s caused by the difficulties in the communication.
The location was perfect for our needs, there’s a metro station right in front of the hotel. Considering it’s a very big hotel there were enough elevators. The room was big. The coffee at breakfast is very nice.
