The idea of 'Early Check-in fee'. Almost impossible to find this on their web site (not the fact, the amount) and it sounds a little cheapo concept. If the room is not ready, ok no check in. But if it's ready, asking an additional fee to enter is not the way to earn return guests. After start of check-in (3pm), guests are flocking at the reception in long queues making the process a bad experience. Clearly the intention is to upsell this 'service'. Two out of three soap dispensers were empty in the room. Breakfast box orderer for early checkout in the day before, and was confirmed by the reception. In the morning there were no breakfast boxes: 'sorry the colleagues forgot'.

Great location, the U3 underground is at the door. Also, as the name says Olympiapark is next to the hotel, so very convenient for any event there. The room was clean and and tidy. The staff was friendly and informative.

The facilities seemed to work on the premise of being sustainable in terms of electricity, but the reality is that it did not function in a satisfactory manner. Electric devices took forever to charge in comparison to other accommodations we stayed at. Removing the room card shut down ALL electricity in the room. There is a loud, automated fan in the shower room (not in the toilet room) that was disruptive and there was no way of shutting it off. It would run for a long time even after you turn off the light. There was no comfortable seating except for a hard, wooden bench and what is technically an ottoman with no back support. Breakfast was mediocre - the cutlery were dirty. The sign in the elevators indicating breakfast time traffic was also inaccurate in our experience.

The only thing we liked is the location and its proximity to the U-Bahn station.

It was extremely hot, they say they have air conditioning but it's not true at all. The TV in my room didn't work. The parking is a nightmare, no space, and I paid for parking for my stay but anytime I wanted to leave the machine didn't let me out

The view & had everything for a short stay. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice! The best thing is the location, just behind Olympia park 💯 Recommend if you visit sweet Munich 😊 another good thing - they do allow dogs, my dachshund loved the view from floor 20th 😁

I liked how the room was organized and maintained. There was enough space in the room to walk around. The location of the hotel is also very good. The U-bahn station is right in front of the hotel entrance which makes the hotel well connected to the rest of the city. Must also mention that the staff was very friendly and very prompt to provide you all possible services when needed. Would definitely come back to this place again.

The rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast is good. It is super close to the U3. It's right in front of the building and easy to take downtown. We have stayed there twice and nice both times.

There are only bunk beds, no regular so beds, the air conditioning did not work well. The breakfast was the same everyday. Perhaps, they can change it up. If you rare staying more than one night, then it can feel long.

First let’s just say the price they charge is not worth the room only the location. The pillows in my room were flat. I mean like you are just laying straight down and offer no comfort. I asked for pillow only to be informed they were all like that. The price you charge for rooms buy some new pillows. There is no place around to really eat or get drinks so they want to charge almost 4 euros for a small bottle of water. Food was ok, but each time I ate it seriously upset my stomach.
