Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesMaybe we just got spoiled to staying in beauty castles and other REALLY lovely/ charming hotels, bed & breakfast in Germany for $150 or LESS per night, that included free parking — but we in no way thought this MASSIVE, nondescript, high rise hotel, on the OUTSKIRTS of Munich was worth $220 a night, PLUS $18 more a night for parking!! Our room was just a small double, no mini-fridge or anything extra. So plain other than it being a corner room with lots of windows. Our A/C in our room didn’t work. Turned out that was ok cause it was raining and cold during our stay, but ... Some of the elevators don’t go all the way to the 13th floor, so requires getting off at floor 7 and riding another elevator to get to our floor. That wasn’t that big a deal, but often there was a line for the elevators and a long wait at peak times. Breakfast was like on a cruise ship. Crowded and lots of buffet-stations with the same foods on each. Limited selections, compared to other places we stayed. But mostly it was the price that bugged me! Too much $$ for so little amenities and so far away from most of Munich. I could understand those prices closer to Old Town and for a lovely historical hotel full of character and amenities, but not this impersonal, high rise hotel on the outskirts. Probably great for business people with expensive accounts, but not so much for tourist.
Room was clean, easy check-in and out, had a parking garage for our rental car, the underground station right across the street was VERY handy, pretty good pizza at the small cafe in the lobby area, breakfast was crowded, but the staff did a good job at handling it. The hotel is huge, breakfast and the whole stay there reminded me so much of being on a cruise ship. Lots and lots of people!! We had a corner room on the 13th floor, so had a fairly nice view. Hotel is near Olympiapark and BMW Welt/Museum. Just one underground station ride away. We used the underground to get to Old Town Munich and such.

TaiwanThe air conditioner was functioning not that well. Limited variety of food at breakfast but the food was quite ok for this price 😆
The location is really nice! It is literally next to the exit of the Metro. Good value of money!

United StatesWe had several silver fish bugs in our room that we found along the baseboard. Also - the lighting is controlled by a room key. We could not get our main lights to turn off without removing our room key. It was very frustrating because my husband was trying to get to bed early so we could drive to the Netherlands from Munich, an 8 hour drive and I still needed to get some work done and needed to work in the room.
The guest bathrooms were nice and the breakfast was a good deal.

United KingdomThe hotel restaurant food was very average. It’s cheap but very basic. The shop at the restaurant was very over priced so I would recommend going elsewhere for snacks, drinks etc. The vegan breakfast options also lacked slightly and they seemed to take away the vegan food almost an hour before closing the breakfast so I would take note of that if you were planning on eating the vegan options. I did appreciate the nondairy milk at the vegan counter. The hotel isn’t very central to Munich however there is an underground station directly outside the hotel entrance which made it very easy to travel into the centre
The hotel is very modern and has amazing views from the higher up rooms. The rooms are clean and modern making it very enjoyable to stay in. The breakfast was decent as well considering it’s complimentary but nothing too special. The hotel has some nice outdoor seating areas too which was nice to sit at during the day and for breakfast too

United StatesBroken air conditioning, concrete floors, cigarette smoke coming in from both the vents and the window, key machine broken so staff had to let us in with their master key, staff overwhelmed by the resulting complaints from other guests, not clear at booking time that a 4-person room is bunk beds, hotel entrance for cars not clearly marked, flat pillows, paper-thin towels, heated bathroom floor would be a nice touch if it weren’t June with no A/C (no way to turn it off)
Convenient location, good location, hotel in good condition overall, not expensive, nice/comfortable beds, decent and secure parking with multiple police officers outside, power blinds instead of just curtains
