take into account that in the room where there is a sofa (in our case it was 1915) there are bedbugs. My sister slept on this couch and left the next day all bitten by bedbugs.

We got a room with only bulk beds as a couple and the price was increadible high. We waited half an hour at the check-in.

Clean room. Good beds. Good safe parking. Friendly staff very good diner and breakfast for the money. Nice atmosphere.

Airconditioning was not working well so room was to hot. Not enough toiletpaper. HDMI on TV was not working.

Air conditioning didn’t get cool enough- way too hot to sleep. The first night cleaning people stole a candy sucker off desk- wasn’t that big of deal since we had two fir our kids. A few days later they stole the second one. A used tube of some ointment (garbage) was left in our bathroom on top of my medication. Kind of disgusting.

24 hour room service is a massive negative about this hotel. There was no food after 12:30 am and no vending machines. I also think there should be water fountains available to guests on every floor

No carpet in the room. I never like concrete floors. Almost no AC. It is too much automatic :) Windows are looking no where. No air coming through if you try opening windows in stead of AC. Shower door not really closed so it was leaking underneath towards bathroom. Parking is a problem. Too small rooms. 4 people for bunk beds are super difficult to stay and rest.

It's a very big hotel and quite crowded. I didn't find the breakfast rich enough. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels many times in Europe, but this was the first hotel that did not even have croissants for breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel, it was about 13:00 pm, but they wanted 20 Euros for early booking. So, even though the room was ready, I couldn't get the room for my family because I didn't pay. For my family of 4 people, they could only provide a room with all beds with bunk beds.

U-bahn comes directly to the door of the hotel. The rooms are clean and the receptionists are friendly and helpful.

New and clean rooms, that have been very cleverly designed. Fantastic buffet breakfast and nice space to relax outdoors in the evening with a drink and pizza.

We had two double rooms. One room was very noisy (!!) - you could hear all the noise from the busy street, the musicians by the metro station, the kids in the hallway etc. Had to sleep with ear plugs. The other room was better, not so much noise was heard from the street and metro. In one of the rooms we had dirty sheets in one of the beds. Tried reporting it to the reception but the phone didn’t work and the staff kept hanging up. Eventually someone came to our room but didn’t present himself very well and didn’t handle the situation well. Not a comfortable and pleasant situation to have late at night. Got new clean sheets quickly though. When providing feedback on this the morning after, the staff handled it well and gave us a small compensation.

Friendly and service minded staff! Some problems when checking in, but that was sorted out very smoothly and with a nice minor upgrade. Also open to feedback and handled in a positive way. The hotel has a modern and nice look. Comfortable beds. Separate toilet and shower room, which we liked. Good breakfast with lots to choose from. Good location for quick travel to our visit to Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site.

There were not enough parking places in the hotel's parking, so we had to park the car somewhere in front of the hotel, as there was no possibility to reserve a spot.

Very good location, in front of an U-Bahn station and exactly in front of Olympiapark. Very modern, well organized and clean room. Very nice view towards the Olympiapark. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options.

Don't order a dinner in this hotel, it was terrible. This was the most tasteless burger in my life.

Breakfast is amazing. Rooms are big enough and clean.
