The only way to switch off the led lights was by removing the card, which also switched off all electricity in the room.

Breakfast was great with many choices. May different types of bread, cheeses, ham, and cereals. Reasonably good coffee and juices. The room was nice and clean and the view from the 9th floor window on the Olympic complex superb. The hotel was easily reachable, right at the subway station.

During our stay in the hotel, on our floor were schoolchildren on an excursion or soccer players, I'm not sure. They were very noisy, they knocked on the door and then ran away late at night, but that is not the hotel's fault. It would be good if the check-in was before 3pm without a monetary fee and if the selection of dishes for lunch and dinner were a little more varied.

A very nice hotel in a great location. From our room we had a view of the tower and the Olympiapark, which is only a 10-minute walk away anyway. Olympia shopping center is nearby and it is nice to walk to it. The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly and at your service all the time. Check in is quick and easy. Breakfast is great, varied and fresh every morning, hot drinks are available in unlimited quantities as well as fresh juices and fruits. Although it is in a busy location, we did not hear most of the sounds from outside. Check-out is until 12 o'clock and our flight was very late at night, but the staff stored our luggage without any problems all day while we toured the city the last day.

A lot of dust and dirt on the floor, poor Internet connection that wasn't working most of the time. Breakfast room can become very crowded.

No water heater to make a tea/coffe at the room. No freezer to keep some food for late dinner after concert. In my last stay the house keeping forget to remove a hand towel from previous guest at the shower room.

Very convenient location right next to metro station. As simple as it sounds, this hotel has everything that is needed during a short business trip to Munich. On site undeground parking, quick hassle-free check-in, clean rooms, good breakfast and, what is an exta-feature, a 24h bar with food and drinks.

A/c didn't work (were told it only works if window closed but it never did). We were able to open one window but no screen so opened and closed window couple of times each night.

4 night stay. Train stop exit D right in front of hotel. Very clean room, quick checkin, friendly and helpful staff, nice view of Olympic park, most excellent breakfast.

Becarefull with your head .............. because to size of the room, my head hit with the eage of upper bulk bed.

The staff that was cleaning our room 1612 had taken our bottles and they were in a closed bag and were not for throwing . Maybe they were searching for something in the bags that we had and that is very unpleasent and unprofessional. We hope not to have this problem next time we are in Munich

Тhe cleanliness of the hotel is not at a good level, despite of the modern facility. When I enter the room, I found a dirty floor, but get decision to not complain. As we were out for sightseen all day, in the evening we came back at the hotel, took a shower and got ready for bed. As the beds are bunk, on arrival we did not check their condition on the upper level, and to my great dismay my son discovered an open Kinder egg in his bed which had been left by previous hotel guests. I made a complaint, and the receptionist moved us to a new room straight away. We also received a welcome drink as a compliment from the hotel manager. The new room had a dirty floor again and there was a weird layer of white stuff around the mattresses that I never figured out what it was. Since it was already very late and the children were tired, we kept the room, but this is not acceptable at all.

The facility is modern, breakfast was very good, staff is also very polite. The hotel is not in the top center of Munich, but at the opposite side of Olympic park. For me, this was not an issue, but rather a positive feature, there is a underground stop exactly in front of the building.

I don’t remember to have so bad pilows The bunk bed was to high and not so easy to come down from it In one night a very large group were checked in very late at 00.00. It was very loud for more than an hour, normaly when you check in so late you have to put the group on a floor with no many rooms ocupied

The cleaning personal where entering the rooms every day .They where doing good job but I would like to give more effort in cleaning.The pillows are so small that you feel you don't have a pillow (maybe they had others I didn't ask for )

The personnel was very friendly and always willing to help us.The location is just perfect is just outside the metro station and you can reach everything in the city.Breakfast was very good provides almost everything.The room is so cozy that 4 person fitted very well.The hotel has a 24 hour cuccine that serves delicious dishes.
